  1. Past hour
  2. Sure, but 26 year old game wreckers don’t hit free agency. 7 years of Josh’s career has been spent waiting for the perfect storm to deliver a guy like that, and it hasn’t happened. Beane is pretty unique in his ability to find good football players anywhere in the draft. What he’s been incapable of is finding an elite talent in the draft since drafting Josh with his first ever selection. Why not just lean into his strengths as a GM by buying a superstar and counting on Beane to fill in the gaps with cheap talent through second and third day picks? I mean, if a roster full of good-but-not-great players surrounding a superstar QB was enough to win a Super Bowl, Buffalo would be a dynasty.
  3. Pre-school memories? I can’t remember what I had for dinner last night. 😂
  4. But tariffs!
  5. rapp an bishop are in practice I am pretty sure.
  6. Both Rapp and Bishop have been full participants. But yes, they need to work on their chemistry and communication.
  7. Liberty, Nevada-Las Vegas, Toledo, Louisiana-Lafayette & James Madison also received votes.
  8. Safety is an issue because our starters are both out. And White is a fill in for Hairston - he will get reps once he is healthy and acclimated. Season is long - i expect our secondary to catch up after a few more weeks
  9. Yeah, I’m not being negative about our chances, but KC is going to be more competitive than many assume. There seems to be this hope they’ll fall apart this year. I don’t see it happening.
  10. White got beat on a slant that went 40 yards for a TD. that doesn't sound great. Its one play in a practice but still seems like a bunch of people have to make mistake to give up a slant that goes to the house.
  11. Because making those picks is low risk while trading picks AND paying a player is high risk, inures etc. if you’re going to pay a player like that it’s better to do so in free agency. we essentially CAN’T afford a huge contract player. We NEED drafted players to pan out/outplay their rookie contract
  12. KC looks loaded again this year but their division looks to be more formidable with the Broncos looking like a legit tough out and the Chargers are well coached with solid talent. The Raiders this year should be less of a mess too. I think KC got a good pick in Simmons which should help their offensive line and they are getting Rice back when his presumed suspension is done. But I think it would be almost poetic that the Bills knock KC out of the playoffs and keep them from winning 4 straight AFC titles.
  13. Tre is a great guy, top notch personality, but you probably won’t find anyone who has torn both an ACL AND an Achilles who managed to get back to the athlete they once were.
  14. Sounds like a fair amount of back and forth today. Keon continuing his good camp is a delight. A big year from him could take this offense to a scarier level.
  15. Nope, they definitely have not had all the pressure for 6 years. My goodness, most expected them to take a step back last year!
  16. Maybe he's done it on both but for Lewan to attempt to pull that joke on Josh after Josh had already done to them is rather weak. Here is the one I saw, had to use AI to find it. Josh with Big Cat and PFT
  17. If you want to defend criminals and whine about Trump go for it.
  18. Seems like bills dominated much of it. Red zone. 2 min drill. sound alike bears OL sucks. Bosa sacked Caleb / by shoving him to the ground. And no one came to Caleb’s defense - lol
  19. That’s kind of my point. Don’t evaluate simply on production.
  20. Not saying you’re wrong, but I just don’t understand this line of thinking. Hoping to find a HOF caliber pass rusher drafting at the bottom of each round is risky. Two late first round picks is roughly equal to a mid first round pick. Beane had pick 16 and drafted Tremaine Edmunds. He had the 9th pick and took Ed Oliver. There is nothing about Beane’s draft history that suggests he’s going to land a game wrecker in the draft, and even with trading for one, there’s nothing to stop him from trying to find another one with day 2-3 picks. Josh is 29 years old. You are smack dab in the prime of the best player your franchise will ever have. Why get price conscious now?
  21. It's a hefty price, but worth it. I also like the idea of TJ Sanders filling that role.
  22. I think it’s thud since they’ve got a game Sunday but there are reports of players hitting the ground and both sides getting very chippy.
