  1. Past hour
  2. Great post and insight. We may not like it but they will be better this year be it due to soft schedule, personnel or both.
  3. And Allen looked awful in that Texans game as a result.
  4. Any expectation on McDermott's part was based on his own mind set rather than any behind the scenes turn of events.
  5. Im for it, if we can swing what they want and an extension for him.
  6. "C'mon man, we gotta take the field." "Be right there!" *schnnnnoooorrrkk* "Why you late?!" "I uh, misplaced my helmet for a second."
  7. That was from last year
  8. Nothing is impossible, but I think there is 0% change of this personally - and I am not totally sure, but I think if you are holding out anytime past like week 10 then you lose the credit for the season.
  9. Didn't Stephon Gilmore leave at the beginning of Beane era? He did pretty well after he left.
  10. I hope you're right! Unrelated - I am worried about Bishop.
  11. That was my point - he was the previous fringe guy slash camp star and always ended up on the PS.
  12. I meant, he's more a zone CB than a lockdown man-cover guy. I, too, have my doubts about the analytics guys. Lots of meaningless stats produced by them.
  13. Wtf is he recovering from? Genuinely asking? Did he get banged up in camp? Or does he heal like a racoon stuck to a yellow line in the road Recovering from???? If its legit last years injury thats bonkers and cut bait immediately
  14. The Bills since 2023 have been a much more "physical" team on offense. I think the beefing up of the interior of the offensive line as well as Spencer Brown rebounding into a mauler at RT have changed the Bills offensive capabilities from a physicality standpoint. Defensively the results have been mixed. I think this off-season with the additions via the draft and free agency the Bills have attempted to get bigger and strong on the defensive line. So I am hoping that the Bills can do bully ball on both sides of the ball with a still strong and nasty offensive line and a bigger stronger defensive line.
  15. after his little outburst with the fans right before he left, I dont think there is a chance in hell
  16. If you think McDermott is a terrible coach and that our pass rush sucks, you can't also believe that Benford's success is a result of scheme. His analytics are favorable because he is flat out a very good player. And no I don't think he's a top 3 CB but absolutely top 10. FWIW Aaron Schatz of DVOA fame had him 4th last year and PFF had him 5th. Not that I inherently trust either of those websites but that tells you it is not just "in the mind of Bills fans."
  17. Wasn’t the WR Haven Moses on the Bills roster? Seems to me he had a nice career with the Broncos
  18. Good call but that play I think did some serious damage to Coleman, he missed the next three games I would argue he wasnt the same when he came back. This was an offseason I believe he desperately needed and should be vastly improved.
  19. I know he was "injured" and this is borderline conspiracy theory, but some think Lamar Jackson kinda did just that a couple years ago. At the very least, he wasnt rushing to get back. Know what else you get out of UGA players? Championships.
  20. brutal for chargers/slater.
  21. FYI - If you had typed the bold first, you would have saved me the time of reading the rest. That is an incredibly “uninformed” statement, and I’m being as polite as possible.
  22. Got bit by the New Contract Injury Bug! At least he signed his deal before this happened, for his sake.
  23. Quinton Jefferson lives rent free in my head for the hustle he showed on the Von fumble recovery against the Ravens in the divisional game. Big 71 truckin' down the field trying to get a block on Justice Hill, who is ridiculously fast. Good effort nonetheless!
