At least the Browns are not squandering away the career of a generational talent at QB.

Bad Bunny will be the Super Bowl halftime act

I was surprised to see a topic on the main board about the punch rule divert to a discussion of the SB halftime performers. Good times. For the most part I could care less who the half-time performer is. Half time is for something more substantial to eat, refreshing my drink of choice and taking care of any gastrointestinal imperatives. Not too far off from how I look at SB commercials. By and large I don't gaf and it's just time between what interests me (the game). On the rare occasion I'm interested in the half time performer I'm mildly annoyed that I have to cram in the food/drink/bio necessities. -

Nice non sequitur! You’re so mad that you’re trying to change the subject. You should try yoga. -

I'm kind of surprised by the lack of trade this week. It's a perfect time to bring someone in during the bye to get acclimated to the offense. We really have to get someone. Meyers seems like a pretty easy trade, and would really help. Obviously Olave, though that's more expensive. But there are options, and we have to take advantage of this year where there are no standout teams. -

This is why many fans are having a really tough time believing the Bills can turn this around. Almost nothing is going right. Penalties are a problem Turnovers are a problem Offensive playcalling is a problem Defensive playcalling is a problem We need a better outside WR We need a better outside CB We need a better FS Pass rush has been inconsistent Pass blocking has been inconsistent Tackling is a disaster Secondary coverage is a disaster Our normally top players are not playing well, including Greg Rousseau, Christian Benford, Taron Johnson and Terrell Bernard. Injuries are depleting the roster again, including our top two draft picks who are missing valuable development time. Everyone who does All-22 film coverage also admits that Josh Allen is playing poorly. -

Interesting info. Thanks for posting Just interested in what would your game plan be if we traded for olave? Give up a 1st and more and sign him to a 27-30M extension? I’d be down as he’s just what we need on the field, but there’s a lot of risk with him. 5 documented concussions going back to college. It would be Beanes biggest all in move. Would be a shame if it ends up like Von Miller. With our big investment on the sideline when it matters. Big roll of the dice with olave but there’s boom potential should get us a Lombardi -
You brought that damn CHOO CHOO back again, I don't believe this

Yeah the Saints themselves would probably get a compensatory 3rd for him if they just let him walk. So you would likely have to offer more. A 3rd and change.Tough. I see Olave maybe going for a second and change and that would be a better deal for us I think. -
He was hurt weeks ago though

The Bills and Browns have a lot in common. Our front office and coach sucks too and neither team will sniff a Super Bowl for years. At least the Browns have a Super Bowl level defense.

Shaheed isn’t better. He would help us in the regular season by giving us a true deep threat. Shaheed’s punt return ability would let us cut Coddrington. He will likely get a decent contract in free agency so whatever you give up for him you will recoup some as a comp pick the following year if you don’t resign him. But if he is all you acquire, I don’t think it’s enough. -

At least the defense will have more resources soon. Not sure if this will translate into significant improvements in the areas that we have been so far deficient in, but it is at least something. On the DL, we will have Ogunjobi and Hoecht as additions. Hopefully, Jones will be back soon. At LB, Milano should return for the Panthers game or soon thereafter. At CB, Max should come off injured reserve soon and maybe Strong will be able to return as well. At safety, we have to hope that Hancock has shown enough to get some snaps and possibly be an improvement over what we have currently (likely Rapp). -
I can confirm and deny this.

I suspect that either Monday or Tuesday we will hear that Beane made a trade for a WR that wasn't really talked about prior. 25% of the board will build him up as the savior. 50% of the board will be upset the Bills didn't trade for "their guy" and 25% will just be upset at the assets that were given up to acquire said WR to be named and say it was an over pay. -
I'm so out of touch that none of this means anything to me. It's been a long time since I've even watched the halftime show, although I do have to say that one of the most exciting superbowl moments ever (including the actual football) was wondering if Prince would be electrocuted playing his electric guitar in the middle of a tropical storm. I think we should go back to football's roots, and have The Ohio State University Marching Band do the halftime show. And I didn't even go to OSU!
