  2. I guess my issue when people bring up coin tosses is the probabilities between football teams are not the same as the probabilities of coin tosses. With coin tosses you know absolutely without a doubt that tails will come up despite how many heads has happened. With a team game like football there are so many variables that the outcomes will not necessarily be even between two teams. I do believe the Bills will get over KC and it could happen this season. Completely agree on your Super Bowl comments. Man it still hurts thinking about those. Damn.
  3. Dang, that’s a pretty solid draft.
  4. Just so you know the big bad Chiefs in that same period; 2021: Traded a 1rst round pick for average Orlando Brown who is no longer on the team 2022: Drafted Sky Moore in the 2nd round 2023: Drafted Feliz-Anduike-I NEVER PLAY in the first round and Wanya Morris in the 3rd 2024: Drafted Kingsley Suamataia (barely saw the field last year) in the 2nd round And that's not to mention Claude Edwards Helaire in the first round the year before. As for home runs and triples, like the Chiefs, we have our hits. If Spencer Brown isn't a triple in the 3rd, and Cook isn't a triple in the 2nd, I don't know what to tell you.
  5. You guys can continue to make the excellent points you're already making without the bonus snark.
  6. Just the little bit of information presented in the post tells me that the study is garbage of the highest level. They interviews only Chinese people, which do not have free access to information, so poor subjects for this topic. Secondly it mentions COVID "conspiracy theories" and states it is a conspiracy that the virus was intentionally created, while ignoring the factual statements that were once "conspiracies" like it didn't start in the lab, masks saved lives, and it was big risk to healthy people under 40. But the direct statement that it is was not created in the lab is insane since that labs entire job is to create the viruses like that, truly liberals are so easily influenced by garbage studies like this it is pathetic.
  7. Do we have official word yet on who is taking Carter's roster spot? Easy to assume it's Jordan Phillips, but maybe they go rogue?
  8. Jordan Addison too, but Beane doesn't do Day 1 WRs.
  9. Again, how do you know he is not taking a ton of crap?
  10. MAGA is suddenly all about Lawfare. Sad. Oh to answer your question, the answer is: she won’t. Ever. So I want you to do two things if you don’t my: cope and seethe. 😂❄️😂❄️😂❄️😂❄️😂
  11. Notre Damn spends a ton of NIL money. They ranked 4th in rivals recruiting rankings this year. Last year they had a F+ finish of 4th and knocked off Georgia in route to the title game. Since 2022 only Georgia, Alabama, Ohio State, and Michigan have more F+ top 20 wins. Yes, they will probably make the playoffs on a cup cake schedule. But as Carr matures in that process, it would be silly to not think they're also a top 10 team deserving of the playoff.
  12. I'm not saying the games are coin flips. I'm just pushing back on the notion that we can't talk about many variables in play without being accused of making excuses. The coin analogy was meant to illustrate probability, not to claim every game comes down only to luck. Obviously, many factors contribute to probability. That said, I do worry that losing four times to KC will get into the head of this Bills team. That might have happened to the Kelly-era Bills. I'm convinced that if they had beaten the Giants, they would have won at least one more Super Bowl, maybe more than one more. Kelly's nerves were jangled against the Redskins, and Thurman quit against the Cowboys. Those were two warriors, too.
  13. That they didn’t during the 45 admin was obviously a very bad error in hindsight. “Lock her up” shouldn’t have been a mere slogan.
  14. A few thoughts about this game. Ravens: This is probably the most talented Ravens team since Jackson has been QB. The only question mark is the new kicker. Jackson will be highly motivated to make amends after last year's playoff loss. Bills: Home field advantage helps, and the Bills O will need it against this D. I'm sure Phillips will be elevated for this game, so there aren't two rookie in the second DL wave. The Bills' secondary is the big question mark in this game. Would they also elevate the experienced Poyer for this game? I see another dogfight coming down to the last few minutes. Whoever makes the fewest mistakes wins.
  15. I don’t think this was the winning artist [ link ] but this proposal has an installation timeline of late April - late May 2026. I would assume that would be the rough dates the proposal invitations were given by the project management.
  16. Bills and Eagles #1 seeds Bills > Chiefs AFCCG Bills > Packers Superbowl
  17. Albany, you're a good poster but I don't fully agree with you here. It's amazing how much crap is posted on this board... many people these days are completely gullible to fake stories and don't question the credibility of sources. Like @chris heff, I immediately questioned the veracity of the story for the same reasons... every report cited Jordan Schultz as the source, meaning that no one was corroborating it. Not being familiar with Jordan Schultz I was not ready to accept the report. One looks more foolish by accepting and even worse, commenting (and overreacting) on fake stories which do appear on these pages.
  18. guy is either out of his mind or missed every high school science class. I suspect he's going to announce a link between autism and aluminum and this paper shows it's bull####. congrats to the Annals. https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/rfk-jr-demanded-study-on-vaccines-and-aluminum-be-retracted-the-journal-said/
  19. I was thinking about the past three years and see it different. 2025 Hairston is hurt and who knows when he will contribute. Sanders and Jackson may get rotational snaps. 2024 Coleman and Bishop are both fringe starters. They don’t progress this year and both could be upgraded next season. Carter is out for the year and was fighting to see the field anyway. 2023 Torrence is the best pick of these years in terms of being a legit starter. Kincaid has not been anywhere close to what he was expected to be. Williams is just a jag. My point was this is a Super Bowl favorite and not one of these picks from the last three years has been a home run or even a triple. Mostly single and doubles. Maybe Kincaid or Coleman break out this year. A legit start would be make this team that much more scary.
  20. Note Dame's schedule is laughable. Don't play anyone currently better than #19. Next hardest is #25 Boise State, both at home... then nobody. 7 home games, 4 away games. Hiding from a conference championship. They have patsy rivalry games like navy, Purdue, and Stanford. And even if they lose another game, im sure they will be placed in the tournament anyway
  21. Thanks for the post, HOUSE. Lee Roy is another legend gone, but not forgotten. He was definitely a tackling machine, and whenever you needed a stop on defense, there he was. Thoughts and prayers for his family.....R.I.P.
  22. THANK YOU BILLS BRETHREN FOR THE KIND WORDS & ENCOURAGING NEWS RE: THE CHICKENS
  23. Worst thing to ever happen to civilization. There were better alternatives. But hey I’m sure that global population meltdown by 2050 is going to be super awesome.
  24. Listen, I get that I really don't have a place with next level thinkers like yourself. But some of us smooth brains look at how teams execute in critical moments as way to evaluate them. We don't chalk that consistent execution or failure to execute up to luck, to do so would invalidate the difficulty of executing in those situations. It would remove credit from the teams that do. It would effectively rewrite the history of the game. I know that seems intriguing to the most brilliant minds but us simple people tend to think those moments are made up of failed execution. Situations like letting a defensive lineman plant your QB a millisecond before he hits a wide open WR. Leaving the seams completely unprotected with almost no time in the game remaining. Not recognizing a blitz package forcing an off script throw and then dropping a pass or multiple passes. But I get this is a simple view. The simple view actually puts responsibility on the teams for outcomes while the brilliant minds know it's all just random. Who would argue that we aren't close? Nobody. The argument is what does close actually mean? Coin flips or being consistently outflanked and outmaneuvered.
  25. Bills 12-5, AFCE division winner. I see a lot of love for the Jags, but I don’t see it. The Texans are still more talented than them IMO. So I think the Texans, Chiefs and Ravens are the likely other AFC division winners.
