  1. Past hour
  2. It’s truly a team game and if you add a true #1 WR then as a defense it is impossible to stop them.
  3. Perhaps, but Ohio is deep red. Vivek having some weird early polls is due to something entirely different. Conversely, early polling for Michigan Senate shows Mike Roger’s up solidly over any potential Dems.
  4. Beane bet that Coleman and Shakir would take huge steps forward and lost. He also bet that Kincaid would be a weapon, and that has held true even though he’s only used the least of all three TEs. Coleman not making a step up has really screwed things up.
  5. And Ed Oliver. He was playing phenomenal this year
  6. He’s got his pros and cons. There are things to like about his offense. He turned Cook into a star. Allen rarely gets sacked. I do like that he doesn’t beat Allen into the ground like Daboll did. What i dislike like is his tendency to get cute in the worst situations. I don’t like like the fact that he can’t scheme up a deep passing game. I also think he misuses Cook in the pass game. I also think players like Gilliam and Hawes deserve a bigger role.
  7. 100% agree with this. So, so smart, putting his teammates in the right place to make plays, and extremely athletic. He was definitely the spark plug that made our D look rejuvenated these last two games.
  8. @eballhas made this trip several times
  9. As a TNF hypocrite who complains about lousy football as I continue to watch, welcome to the thread
  10. Michael Hoecht is a freak of nature!! 9.93 RAS score
  11. go on Stub Hub and buy Yellow lot parking pass. It will be $125 to $150. Parking situation at Hard Rock sucks because they built a tennis center there, and the Miami Formula 1 goes around the stadium. Tons of Bills to tailgate with. You can pay less for an off site lot, but will be a shuttle or a long walk.
  12. Dolphins 27 Bills 10 This predicted score with the Bills on the losing end has worked for the past 2 games. Go Bills!
  13. They clearly don't value WR to the degree most people do. Hard to argue with their results. All we seem to do is complain, complain, complain and no matter what they would do, we would find something else to complain about.
  14. That’s a good first step boyst; remember there are 11 more steps after it. One day at a time my friend.
  15. Guy I knew from college was in the same situation on the GGB some years back. Unfortunately, he did jump.
  16. Very sad story and I'm really sorry that he didn't get the help he needed like others in this thread. I'm so glad others in this thread are still with us and still fighting!! Go Bills !
  17. As many here know, on the trade value charts a 3rd is more points than a 4th plus a 5th so yes, the Bills theoretically could have done something like a 4th, 5th, and 7th... and that would have left them with just 4 picks in the next draft.
  18. If Baker and the Blaze come up empty here then they've joined the likes of Politico in my book. We shall see.
  19. McBeane have always said, "football games are won in the trenches." Though they've had their share of misses on the D-line, there's no question they've invested heavily in both lines and we're starting to see that practice pay off.
  20. I'm guessing it was from "an abundance of counsel from trusted parties within and outside the government"
  21. Terrel Suggs was sort of similar to Hoecht in that he could play both DE and LB and his strength was as a pass rusher. He tore both of his Achilles' a few years apart and came back from both as pretty much the same guy. He was also a freak of nature though. 🤷‍♂️
  22. Niners GM John Lynch on the trade deadline: “We weren’t going to get fleeced,” Lynch said on KNBR, via 49ersWebzone.com. “We weren’t going to overpay. It’s just not good business. And, as they say, sometimes the best deals you do are the ones you don’t do. And I felt like, in this case, we felt like, as an organization, that was the best course, and as I mentioned before, we have a lot of belief.”
  23. Question for you or any others in the thread with an informed opinion. Is it more likely he returns in a shorter timeframe and/or closer to his pre injury abilities than a DB like Tre White? Tre seems unlikely to ever return to form. They both utilize their legs differently of course. Hoecht doesn’t need the same agility as a DB perhaps, but he needs power from his lower body. Any TBDers know of other D lineman that returned from the same injury?
