Although there's a long way to go, any combination of the current playoff scenarios appears to present decent odds that two Wild Card teams could meet in the Super Bowl. Of course, a team will ALWAYS want home field, and the bye has significant advantages, but there are quite a few scenarios in which a Wild Card team could run the table, even if on the road all three games. It's possible, given injuries and how each is playing, that more than a few Wild Card teams could be even or better odds versus Division winners.

NE did this for years. Picked up scraps and Brady (not our Brady) made them a superstar again. Why not us?

How many are here? Football wise my first memories were the Super Bowl years. It feels like an in between generation. Can still appreciate the advice of elders in my family but have some of the younger generations skepticism about things. I feel old often these days but I’m not.

If we beat the Bengals, we’re winning the AFC

I'm starting to get excited about the Bills defense. Seems like McDermott has decided to assume the coordinator role, and the results are impressive: better tackling, more aggressive attitude, a renewed determination to force turnovers. Or at least what I think I'm seeing and hope will continue. They've struggled with tackling against the run, and if they really have fixed that, as it appears, they have a chance to be excellent, barring injuries. Shaq for Bernard is a key change, as is Poyer for Rapp. Sanders at end might be something. Still concerned about the pass rush, so it's not all daisies, but I do think this unit could do its part and more. Maybe, just maybe, soft zones and bend don't break have been shelved. Offense... I keep thinking of those games--New England, Houston, Atlanta--where the D gave them a chance and they didn't take it. I've made Brady my whipping boy and stand by that take, but I think they can do better despite his input. Allen could audible to different plays, Cooks could end up being a late-model Diggs, Kincaid might not be injured the second he returns. Heck, Brady might even stumble across "play action" while browsing online some night and boldly put it in his game plan. Admittedly, it would mean the end of his quest for the NFL record for runs on first down, but he might be man enough to put his ego aside for the good of the team. A fan can only hope. EDIT: I meant say all this by way of agreeing they have a chance to go all the way to the AFCCG. -

Well, they were. Is that going to continue? With Burrow back they can control the script and that would change the dynamics and could favor their defense. -
No chance of getting Jefferson but if Josh is serious about wanting better WRs around him he could always let Beane restructure his contract t in some creative way to open up enough room to sign one of the top FAs. then draft a couple in rounds 1 and 3. screw getting more D-linemen, just obliterate everyone on offense and let the defense be opportunistic when playing with a lead

I'm not sure he would even take an OC job. He's been there, done that before and it didnt go well. But he knows he's great and valuable as a OL coach.

If you say so. Josh could also throw for 3 TDs and rush for a couple more. -

Maybe I am misremembering, but I don't recall them making any credible offers to him. I could be wrong, but they should have tried harder.

Yep, they have been too talented to be in position to draft a QB early. The tried the "draft one in the middle of the first" approach and that failed. I think they are about the take themselves out of the "too talented to tank" conversation anyway. Heyward is on his last legs, TJ Watt is a banged up declining force, Ramsey is a short term gun for hire, Pickens is gone, Metcalf's limitations are clear and their Quarterback is 104. They have a couple of nice young players, Frazier at center, Herbig at edge and Porter at corner but they are not going to be enough to stop a team being bad over the course of a season.
