The most valued ability is availability. What sets Rousseau, Shakir, Benford, etc apart from Cook? They have proven to be TEAM players. Remember, there is no "I" in TEAM. Cook is showing himself to be an "it's all about me" guy. Kind of like Diggs. Oh it is all sunshine and lollypops for a while but What About Me always rears it's ugly head sooner or later and it is "all about me" time again. The problem with the NFL is that it is NOT Madden Football. In Madden you don't ever have to deal with "hissy fits" or "hold outs/ins", etc. REAL PEOPLE! Case in point Marshawn Lynch. Real good player BUT he was not going to be that person in Buffalo.

This organization is literally built around the philosophy that it's better to be stable and consistent and have a shot at the end of the year than catch lightning in a bottle once and be bad to mediocre the rest of the time. McDermott provides exactly what the organization wants.

It is the question, indeed. I think they have to play better against the Chiefs in the post season. But I just don't suppose that if they do that will result in a lopsided 31-19 win or whatever.

For Practice Squad, sure. Maybe an outside chance that Lundt unseats Van Demark as the 4th OT. But we didn't lose anyone on the OL from last season to this year. So it's unlikely that anyone from last season is unseated. Especially at IOL, in Bayer's case. He'd have to take one of SVPG or Alec Anderson's spots and I don't see either being released.

wrong the offense has scored vs Chiefs in that situation 1 out of 2 times special teams missed the third or are you saying for the offense to 'make a play' it has to be a touchdown? and the standard for the defense (according to you) is still 'hey they got a stop in that game we gave up 32 in?' pretty different bars for achievement but again- that is what you have to do to square the Mcdermott circle

So my Iphone screen was cracked, I had the screen replaced. That night, I squatted to pick something up, and my phone fell from two feet, and cracked, at the bottom- and was unusable. The crack, or something, would get stuck on Y on password y-y-y-y-y-y, and it locked me out of my iphone. I go home, and I on my computer I am logged out of my email and facebook. Ive been logged in for years, but somehow I get logged out. I use every saved password on my computer, none work. So it turns out after 10 failed log in attempts, you have to restore your iphone. Iphone Unavailable is the message. To reset, I must enter my email password. I cant access my passwords on my phone. So to restore your iphone, you must confirm by responding to email or phone. Im logged out of email and locked out of my phone. Every password is on my phone- Medical, Financial, Work, Ebay- I dont even know where to begin to fix this mess. What a week Im having! Any advice is appreciated. Cheers!

I'm in the Chicago area. The local talk has been that Williams is not "getting it", regarding the pure-progression system Ben Johnson is installing. Reports are that they've been butting heads over it. I doubt arguing with the HC & throwing temper tantrums in practice drills are endearing him to his teammates either.
