Random talking head says something about the Bills
No_Matter_What replied to Simon's topic in The Stadium Wall
Agreed. I'd say that AJE has lived up to his draft status. People love to hate him but he has delivered exactly what you'd expect from player picked in 50s. Lower-end DE2 or very solid DE3 with 6 sacks a year. -
I agree. Burn those Dallas Cowboys alternate looking arctic jerseys and flush the ashes down the toilet.

Ok, you’re thinking outside the box, which is good, but I don’t understand the benefit to the NFL of this premise at all. The NFL is already more popular than the CFL in Canada. It is absolutely no threat to the NFL; further, a merger doesn’t help the NFL. The player pool is too diluted. Perhaps the CFL is making these changes simply for the benefit of players and coaches, so they are playing the same brand of football should they have an opportunity to try out for or be hired by an NFL team. Perhaps they also see that their goofy football hasn’t caught on elsewhere. The only way I see any sort of “merger” between these leagues is if the CFL disbanded and one or two of their teams were incorporated into the NFL (Toronto, Montreal).

Ravens at Chiefs - who do you want to have their third loss?
GunnerBill replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
I have gone back and forth. I should want the Chiefs to win because I think the Ravens are a bigger threat for the 1 seed if the Bills were to stumble down the stretch. However, I want the Chiefs ended. I think they will lose this game and if they do they are likely coming to Buffalo at best 3-5. There is a real chance to get them out of the post season and that psychological block there is in our players' minds about making a run is removed. I'm confident we can beat Baltimore in January to go to the Superbowl if that is what it takes. It won't be easy but we can get it done, we have shown we can beat them in the playoffs. If the Bills can go into those playoffs with home advantage and the Chiefs not even in the tournament you better believe the confidence levels inside that building will take a jump. -
not interested in a merger...........sorry, not sorry

Texans Release Cj Gardner Johnson
ChronicAndKnuckles replied to aristocrat's topic in The Stadium Wall
No, he’s just a player that wants to win and be utilized correctly. He would be an absolutely ball hawk playing behind a healthy Bills front 7. Will never happen, but would be an immediate upgrade over Rapp and you know McDermott gets the absolute most out of his safeties. -
Is a CFL-NFL merger coming in the future?
May Day 10 replied to Einstein's topic in The Stadium Wall
Zero chance the nfl wants franchises in Winnipeg, Saskatchewan, Edmonton, and Ottawa. Not enough enough wealth to buy in on 9 new teams. Also, the nfl owners arent going to enjoy splitting the pie with many needy franchises. Instant devaluation for all. If there is another nfl expansion, it will be big-game hunting. Toronto, london, I could see san diego or st louis. I think the explanation for these rule changes is simply that the nfl is much more popular in canada, especially with the younger generation. -
Random talking head says something about the Bills

Nothing but pure speculation on my part but this has always been my theory. whenever something damaging is released about a first round prospect right before the draft, my number one suspect is always the team that drafts them. Trying to spook other interested parties -

“a moment in history”. That’s hilarious. Makes me think of “this was the moment when the rise of the oceans began to slow and our planet began to heal” -
Ravens at Chiefs - who do you want to have their third loss?
KCNC replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
Really hard for me to pull for either one. I guess we should pull for the Ravens since we have the H2H advantage over them already. Toss up. -
Cybo is off to his best start as a pro. He was good vs the Jets and very good vs Miami. I do wonder whether that plays him off the Bills if it continues. I think if you are paying both tackles you need to circumspect with the interior. I'd pay my center before I'd pay my guards.

First ballot HOF players playing now
GunnerBill replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
Oh yea Ramsey gets in. And deserves to as well. Cam Jordan I think will get in but he feels like one of those guys that is a multiple semi finalist before he makes it. Like I can see it being his 5th or 6th time on the shortlist before he is in. I'd be surprised if Hunter makes it based on what he has done to this point. But if he went on another few seasons piling up stats then the weight of numbers might give him a case. -
Best part about the win (IMO) …. Eddie Diaz’ six-out save. Great win, all around. We can’t lose another game. LET’S GO!

There are a bunch of 🤡 reporters who write a bunch of 🤡 articles on a daily/weekly basis. They consistently show their lack of knowledge on whom or what they are writing about. In some instances, they just say the wildest things looking for clicks and views. That's what it has turned into now versus quality journalism as a whole.

The question is, "What attitude would he come in with?" Would he come in with a chip on his shoulder from what's taken place and be on a, "Let's go get this ring," type of mission? Or is he just generally a selfish, me first, problematic type of individual? If we could get version 1, absolutely. We don't need a problem child on the team though, if it really is version 2.

Found this when I did an Aubrey search : Cowboys Superstar Kicker Brandon Aubrey is being evaluated for a long-term medical condition. Many medical experts believe “he got that dawg in him”. A recovery from said condition is unknown and he might have to deal with it for the rest of his life.

For all his Chief's homerism aside, he now routinely recognizes Allen as a top tier QB. Sure he still bristles in segments like is "Josh inching closer to Patrick", but even he has a hard time defending Patrick when he throws two backward passes that become fumbles. Allen is coming.. His game is maturing.. And even a blind faith Patrick homerism can no longer deny it. I know I am in the minority here, but I like Nick. It is his running mate Brousard I don't care for.
