Meh… A little tired of the rely on JA too much talk….what top team doesn’t rely almost entirely on it’s qb…Bills just happen to have the most dynamic one in the game…What do they mean anyway? He passes the ball and occasionally runs…and not for nothing but most qb’s could have done that 40 yarder…don’t think what he does is “not sustainable” No mention of best running game in league and fwiw….Bills wr group has rarely had its top guys all healthy and we are missing the two best d line men…hopefully Oliver gets back….

Cosell is one of the most respected football gurus around, lives football. Truly passionate about it. I also value his opinion, think he should be brought on board to help Beane and McD choose the exact kind of players they need now in the draft and fee agency. I think he would love to do that, really use his immense knowledge and skills to help guide an NFL team. But he is not always right. He had said James Cook was not an starting caliber, every down workhorse back several times on One Bills Live, after the draft and after he had played for a year or so. Because I respect his opinion so much, I bought in wholeheartedly. I think Cook is second in the league in carries this year and a true workhorse back who runs with both speed and great power. I hope Cosell is just as wrong this time. I think he is.

Could be hopium but ‘medical walking shoe’ sounds pretty minor to me -

Burrow is a different guy, no doubt about that Apparently he got all excited about talking Pokemon in this same press conference

Reminds me a little bit of when David Lee Roth had released his first solo album and some interviewer said “what do you say to critics that prefer Elvis Costello’s new album to yours” to which The Man replied “They like Elvis Costello because they look like Elvis Costello” which I thought was a very solid ice burn on the entire notion of critics

lol. Gotta place blame on someone. He hurt his toe man….this has nothing to do with the training staff. I promise

Ingrown toenail maybe? -
how long would McD last without Allen? The Walrus without Kermit the Frog? Cincy has some 1 game without Burrow, who has 1 less win than Burrow has (counting completed games). Burrow is soft, a head case. Imagine being a Bengals fan and watching that press conference today! wtf

The statements are true but I think the context is lacking personally. Offense seems down league-wide and I think the bills are in as good or better of a position than they’ve ever been compared to their playoff counterparts seems like parity really beat up all the top teams and the bills have done a pretty good job maintaining compared to the others.

I don't disagree, but easier said than done. It will be a really good game if it happens.

Week 15, Bills v. Cheats, PREDICT THE SCORE!
DabillsDaBillsDaBills replied to Freddie's Dead's topic in The Stadium Wall
They had some big games against us in 2021 with Mac Jones. Week 16 if they beat us at Foxboro they would've won the division. Then of course the wild card game a few weeks later. I'm hoping history repeats itself Bills 33 Pats 21 -

I just heard the same thing. A couple of thoughts, 1.) Colin is never a Bill's Fan, he is basically a west coast guy and always leaves out Bills when he talks about best teams. He has just recently jumped on the Josh Allen wagon in the last 2 years. 2.) I agree with you on Cossell. He knows his stuff and I like him a lot. I do believe he is correct about the Bills not having any special players on both offense and defense, but I might argue that James Cook is a special player. 3.) I would agree that the Bills have missed the boat on giving Josh some special receivers to throw to, that has been painstakingly obvious this year. But it is not like they haven't tried. Coleman is not working out and you can argue that they could have had James Worthy, but he is not a true # 1 either. They will have to make a trade this offseason to get someone in here as well as draft some receivers. 4.) Colin made the comment that the Bills front office has failed at drafting good WR and he said each year "there are 20 receivers that come into the NFL and make an impact." That is pure BS, no way there are 20 WR that come into the NFL in their first year and make an impact. It is clearly like 3-5 that actually come in and hit the ground running. Buffalo drafts too low to get lucky there, that's why I expect a trade this offseason.

That too, but Taylor cannot win games without Burrow. Even with Burrow the team comes out unprepared, sluggish, unmotivated and starts slow almost every year. I just don't get how Taylor has a job. They're so cheap they don't even have a GM!

Probably kicked the wall when he found out he didn't win DPOW honors because that sonofabitch Allen won OPOW the same week. -

Denver won’t be loving going against the Bills either… they have had a couple of hidings from them over the past few meetings … including last time at Mile High and in last years playoffs

They remind me of those early 2000's Ravens defenses when they shut down teams like NE and Indy. The key was to get up on them early. They usually had Manning's number often but then he put up 7 TDs against them. It's not easy, but get up by 14 and it's a wrap.
