Contrary to McD's reputation, I think he is going to be relying on rookies a lot in this game. They certainly are going to rely on the two DTs quite a bit, there are rumors that Strong might start at corner, and even if he doesn't start there's a good chance he'll be called on some. On Turf to Tape they were saying that it would make sense to use Hawes quite a bit. I'm excited for this youth infusion. -
Will probably have the multi game channels on Sunday ticket

I must be mistaken... if it was on Facebook it must be true!

Tyler Dunne's piece on Caleb Williams is DAMNING
Sierra Foothills replied to estro613's topic in The Stadium Wall
I TRY not to judge others... and fail quite often. But regarding Tyler Dunne, he chose a ***** industry at a time when it's becoming even shittier. In fairness to journalism, most industries are becoming shittier these days. That said the exception is not the rule and media outlets that provide employment to actual journalists are few and far between. Good journalism is dying. Even the final few remaining bastions of journalism are in contraction and under fire by coercive political players. It's becoming rarer that outlets stand by their reporting and more common that they make decisions based on marketing to audiences and avoiding litigation. Truth in reporting has never meant so little in the grand scheme of things than it does today. Good journalism jobs are hard to find. Further shrinking the market is that the audiences generally even can't spell "journalism" and it seems that most people would rather get their media fix in the form of a 32 oz Big Gulp Cola Slushee than from a cup of coffee. So Dunne can feed his family (or pay off his student loans, or whatever he's trying to keep afloat) by finding a way forward in his chosen profession or he can look for another profession. He's currently trying a disparate grab bag of confirmation bias, sensationalism, subscriptions, and long form writing in order to pay his bills. One thing you can say about Dunne is that he's not one of these people who's sending out resumes and waiting for the phone to ring... he's fighting for his professional survival. -
I think Giants-Washington is an appealing game…pretty big game for both teams and both have some really talented players

Yeah I’m well past the point of wanting to beat a team at their best. Beat whoever is in front of you and no apologies for who you beat. -

Will we give up our customary opening drive TD? -
Just a reminder that Josh Allen is not human...the man levitates in-game right before the insane 4th down throw to a sliding Ty Johnson. Watching some game replays to get ready for the opener and never noticed this before... Looks like he is standing on an invisible platform or something...honestly looks like a bad photoshop or something but it's from in game footage.

Raven's fans love their team and are boisterous.... when they are winning. When the Ravens lose, they are quiet as a mouse. source: a guy who lived in MD for a couple years

If Travis had one of those stick figure family stickers, it would cover the entire back window of a Suburban.

Well K C has got to face us missing several key players the last few times and you didn’t see them complaining. -

What are you talking about? The Ravens’ guards are a clear weakness…. -
I don’t know. It looks like a reasonably young (under 35?) bicep, and there are flat screen TVs hung on the wall in background- making me believe it’s not a terribly ancient photo. But, I’m no bicep expert, so who knows?

Did not expect to see a Travis Henry thread this morning!
