  1. Past hour
  2. So the only question I have is…HOW CAN THIS BE TRUE AND THE COACHES CAN’T SEE IT? You’re essentially telling us that Brady and McDermott are complete idiots. Is that what you believe?
  3. You are easily manipulated...
  4. It’s more about the injuries for me with my view of the team’s ceiling this year than it is coaching or roster construction
  5. Thanks - we're all astute enough to see the possibility.
  6. The team was 9th in net passing yards, in large part because we lost 63 total yards in sacks for the YEAR. League average was 270. And it’s not like Josh was the only QB in the NFL who didn’t play some 4th Q’s or the last game of the year. We have the best QB in the NFL and we have an average passing yard total. Seems like kind of an issue.
  7. Everyone around here gets so damned dramatic. In three of the four losses the Bills were literally one play away from a W. The injury thing is a fluke. Just get to the playoffs and hope Josh goes on a heater.
  8. We are a couple coordinators and a couple quality WR’s from running roughshod over this league! Unfortunately, one broken position, like a car part, messes up everything else. But our DB’s are getting faster and more athletic and are figuring things out. Our OL, when healthy, is one of the better units out there. I love Walker already and I have high hopes for the young guys and Hoecht on the DL. It’s not as doom and gloom as it may appear to some. It’s a shame that we are having these struggles when there doesn’t seem to be a great team to beat for the SB, but this season has a long, long way still to go. That’s all I’ve got for now.
  9. we've already seen that
  10. I’m gonna guess it was the early 90s maybe late 80s the last time I heard it.
  11. He's saying that Josh might leave for LA and replace Stafford instead of sticking around for a rebuild here since his family and wife are in California.
  12. The silver lining is that my expectations are low. Right now I would be happy with a playoff win.
  13. I am assuming that Stafford may retire in a year or two; that opens up a starting QB position in LA; our QB is from California and is married to an actress who lives in LA. You can connect the dots.
  14. I think we can still be competitive during a mini rebuild, their going to need send away older vets and take some serious dead cap hits but when you have Allen a good GM who understands the importance of player skill/forty times can reboot things quickly. This team still have some good young player they can keep around, just need to get rid of guys like Knox/Milano/Johnson/Samuel/Bernard/Dawkins. Out of those players, getting a starting LT will be the hardest to do and if you look at the rest of the roster then most guys are still young and you can keep them around. A good GM perhaps can make a trade for a good young play making player and we start hitting on some higher round picks along with good free agent signings and we can turn this around quickly. The problem with current roster construction is there are no elite play makers outside of Allen and Cook. I think Bishop on defence could be that guy on defence and maybe you add a couple more with one on offence and another one on defence Dead cap hit in 2026 Dawkins-26.7 m dead cap - 25 m cap hit if he stayed Milano- 11 m dead cap -11 m cap hit if he stayed Samuel-3.4 m dead cap - 9.7mcap if he stayed Knox - 7.4 m dead cap -17 cap m if he stayed Johnson-9.5 m-dead cap -11.5m if he stayed Bernard-11.8m New GM could decide to either trade or keep him around for another season because he will be 27 next season and only 5.4m cap hit I think starting over with new starting LT in 2026 is a must, we cannot afford to wait until complete Dawkins decline and he gets Allen killed, just watch some of plays he just stops because of bad conditioning, getting rid of 2 starting LB'S and Johnson allows a new defensive cordinator to start fresh and go forward with bigger bodies. So a mini rebuild that includes new schemes with new coordinators on both sides of the ball along with new HC would not be that bad and with Allen we still could be competitive during those 1-2 years. Going to be up to Terry if he has seen enough and wants to give Allen a better opportunity to lead this team to a Super Bowl
  15. Looking to see if anything would change next year and it seems the defense is the one with the most holes to fill and shocker that means a heavy FA and draft for D. The good news is we shed some dead weight and hopefully a few restructures that make sense. Gone are guys like; Bosa, Daquan, Milano, AJ, Phillips, Hamlin, Poyer, Tre. Hopefully we draft the right LB , a pass rusher and run stopper. The hard part is we still need a #1 WR and I don’t think we can afford to pay 20+ million to one with guys like Knox, Samuel, Palmer taking up so much cap space. Short term buying 3 + oft injured, inconsistent WRs isn’t a great plan im sure he thought Samuel and Palmer would be better here but they aren’t. And we overpaid for Knox heavily.

  16. LOL, fair enough. That D was legit.
  17. What are you “just saying”?
  18. That doesn't change the fact that our team was 9th in the league in passing yards. Josh himself wasn't top 10 because he got pulled out of so many blowouts.
  19. I don’t care if it was Josh Allen and the crew from your local quick lube garage, you should be able to score more than that every time 17 is under center. The fact that it’s not happening with a once in a generation talent at qb is just proof of the incompetence of this entire staff
  20. Rousseau, Bernard and Benford seem like a lot of wasted money right now.
  21. When your interior D lineman are getting owned one on one and not ever warranting a double team, that spells trouble for the entire defense, mainly your middle backers and d ends
  22. After the SB loss to the Giants, the consolation was thinking “this team is way too talented not to win a SB”. The 1990 Bills should have won it all that year. Thoroughly out coached in the SB. But next year, ran into a really, really good Redskins team. Redskins were better. After that, the post Hershel Walker Cowboys. Cowboys were better. I always wondered how it would have played out if we had traded for Charles Haley and if he and Bruce Smith were rushing the passer instead of Haley going to the Cowboys. Maybe we end up winning one. Of course, that was pre-salary cap and Ralph was cheap.
