While I like the idea behind that video, I think that way of team building has been a big reason why they don't do well in the playoffs. Talent trumps culture. Look at teams they have won a Super Bowl the last few years. They have elite playnakers on both sides of the ball. A lot of times elite playnakers tend to have a bit of a Diva attitude. For some reason, McDermott, Beane and many in the fan base don't want anything to do with that.

Do you put any stock into what our defense did vs kc this year or do you view the Bengals differently ? I'm not optimistic about our defense this game Idk maybe we get a couple turnovers and jump ahead of them quick but that's all I got If the defense does stop the Bengals, I'll feel better about the playoffs
