I think it was Stevie Johnson that lined up like 3 yards Offside and refs couldn't catch it because they couldn't see anything.

I take no games for granted.

this was the one game I was most worried about.

I wish I could go to this one. Tix so cheap and I've never been to Browns stadium. Got too much going on though. Damn kids.

I was thinking of going and taking my sons (elementary school age), but was worried there would be some blizzard. It’s looking actually like it might be 36 degrees and sunny right now, so not too bad.

Poking around the Browns "community," it seems that the consensus is Gabriel is a high floor/low ceiling guy, a career backup type.

Sanders is the opposite.

So I think "the best chance to win" right now, vs. the Bills, would be Gabriel. Run the ball against a terrible run defense, protect the ball, hope for a couple Bills mistakes, you might steal a win.

The Browns might want a longer look at the higher potential guy in Sanders. Or maybe they're basically tanking for a shot at an actual franchise QB.

yeah and I'm not sure why we are playing Ogunjobi more snaps than Deone Walker.

I can't say i've watched the All 22 or anything, but it seems like Ogunjobi has been awful whereas Walker has at least shown something.

I see Larry has a 37 rating at PFF which is, in fact, awful.

Gotta have a plan for Garrett.  1 on 1 he will dominate.  Tough defense but starting to fade down the stretch.  Garret going for the record is the only juice they got.  Almost would pull a Farve to Strahan in the first quarter.  Get it over with and I think some of the spirit fades.

They already stated that Sanders is going to be the guy for the rest of the season

FWIW, all the DT PFF ratings. Sometimes those ratings seem bizarre. This time they agree with the eye test:

Ed Oliver: Excellent

Daquan Jones: Very good

Deone Walker: Adequate

TJ Sanders, Larry Ogunjobi, Jordan Phillips: Awful.

I'm going with the tanking theory. I'm in Colorado so I saw a lot of Shedeur in college. He completely wilts under pressure.

By the way, what adjustments were made? I saw the results, but I'm not sure what caused them.

Saw one talking head that the Bills went for a rolodex approach to defence in the second half. Every snap had a different defence and as a young QB he would find that hard to recognise them all.

I was at that game. Phil Dawson kicked a 48 yard FG somehow. The wind & snow was so intense my moustache had icicles lol.

The positive was nobody's beer got warm😆

I'm really considering taking my son to this game.  It's about a 10 hour drive.

I haven't finished Christmas shopping so this would be one of his presents.  Tickets are dirt cheap.  I can get really good seats, next to the field for like $110 a piece.

This memory of going to another game I think would mean more.  Not to mention I took him to the Falcons and Panthers game.  We're already going to Buffalo next week for the Eagles game for our annual trip to a home game.

I think I gotta do it.

I've had the same thought: Early in the game, Allen sits down when Garret is near him, giving Garret the record and getting on his good side.

The only thing that truly scares me is Garrett. He’s playing at an otherworldly level right now, and it’s gonna suck if he breaks the record against Josh.

I feel like that should be extra motivation for the OL - to not allow it on their watch.  And hopefully Brady is scheming to keep him away from Josh as well

Do it!  I am taking my HS-aged son from Cincy.  Easier decision for me since it's so close.

I could see Hawes lining up whatever side Garrett is on?? Also run Reggie Gilliam or Gabe at him - all are excellent blockers

Is it too much to ask to get off to a 7-0 lead for once. The last 2 weeks were exciting wins, but I really don't need to see a 2 or 3 score deficit for the Bills at any time this Sunday afternoon.

Keep Garrett off Allen ( moving the pocket for once would be nice), use more 2 TE,and Blitz Sanders and we SHOULD win by 20.

Now... let's see if this staff can just do the obvious.
