BRH Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I left the GDT in the first quarter. That’s going to be a fun read. 1 1 Quote
Saint Doug Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I almost wonder if McD prefers to go into halftime losing. Think about it. If you are winning going into the next half, you are going to make no adjustments. Just keep doing what you are doing. In the Bills case, they got the opportunity to change what they were doing to counteract the Pats game and the Pats can’t really adjust to it on the fly. Quote

The only really weak call IMO was the DPI against Coleman. Wasn’t weak at all. He grabbed his jersey. Whether he was truly impeded or not is immaterial to the hold. 2 1 Quote

GunnerBill Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago (edited) Such an odd game. People say "we are being outcoached" all the time on this forum. We rarely are. But in the first half Josh McDaniels thoroughly outcoached McDermott. We were being beaten by scheme and beaten play playcall. On offense the first two drives were killed by Cooks bobbling a massive play and Palmer with a stupid false start but the Patriots were never really stopping us. Then second half we continued to roll on offense.... but on defense it was a total switch around. McDermott had McDaniels' number on pretty much everything he called. Take out the long Henderson run (which was not on coaching the Bills had the perfect play called to stuff him he bounced put off his lineman's butt and Hairston had lost concentration thinking the play was dead and wandered inside, bad body position square to the line and gave up contain) and New England ran 17 plays for net 15 yards in the second half. Sure Maye missed a couple of passes in that and Henry should have caught one for a first down. But the Bills D had a beat on everything New England was trying to do. I thought Brady (penultimate drive excluded where they got way too conservative) called a terrific game. Edited 7 hours ago by GunnerBill 9 1 1 Quote
newcam2012 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago (edited) What a comeback. I'm eating lots of crow! Boy was that 2nd half fun. You have to give credit to the entire coaching staff in the 2nd half. Guys who stuck out to me in the 2nd half were Milano, Tre, Allen, Cook, Johnson, Davis, and Bosa. Shout out to Prater who drilled every extra pount Edited 7 hours ago by newcam2012 3 1 Quote
BananaB Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Bills need 20 minutes to plan for first half like they do second half. Give the boys a break all week to get healthy. 🤣 1 Quote

Fixxxer Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Grat win. Went in the hole early but we didn't lost focus and kept grinding. Allen was fantastic in the second half, he was not going to lose this one.. 2 Quote
UKBillFan Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I beg, please just one stress free, relaxing win. Please. But, if that's not possible, then win as we are now. 1 1 3 1 Quote
GottaRun Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Just nice to put pressure on the rest of the pats season. 2 Quote
SageAgainstTheMachine Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Among the more satisfying regular season wins of this era. No easy matchup for Pats next week at Baltimore. This could possibly snowball on them. 7 2 1 Quote
Niagara Dude Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Watching the game today, I saw one stud QB making plays when it mattered the most. Drake Maye has lived off a easy schedule , he look average at best. Does not give me Mahomes level worries Sorry but we're not the Jets 1 2 Quote
WhitewalkerInPhilly Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago it's wild to me that we are 10-4 and are somehow the 6th seed 2 Quote

To clarify I’m just referring to the off the wall silly melt downs some were having- they deserved a lot of criticism- just melt downs by some were a bit much 1 Quote
