I like how he lists Maye's 36 sacks as superior to Allen's 20 hahaha

31 for allen. 200 yards lost

40 for Maye 178 yards lost

Yeah because it requires to be from an area to be a fan of a team

Allen played in a post season game in his second year too! WTH you talking about? You also mention in an earlier post that Maye is better at EPA, are you sure about that?

In 2025

Epa per play Allen and Maye are tied at 2 passing EPA Maye is ahead of allen by a large number

Overall EPA Maye is 2nd behind love and slightly above Allen

Boutte, Hollins and Diggs to include Pop Douglass and Kyle Williams run strong, hard routes and don't drop the football. Though not all pro receivers, they run their routes with precison, play with a belief and emotion and are in complete sync with Drake Maye, on some telepathic ish. And yes Stefon Diggs has seem to have revived his career and can get up for games especially personal ones. Lastly, one of the better tight ends for a while now in Hunter Henry who is still playing at a high level. Whatever they are this group plays hard and are an extremely smart bunch.. but also because they aren't Puka Nakua, JJefferson and some of the other household names shows you how superb Drake Maye is and has been.

Again,  the receiving group for the Patriots is not even in the same realm of talent as the receiving group for the Bengals.  I would hope even the most die hard Patriot fans could at least remove the rose colored glasses for something obvious like this.  I don't mean any disrespect either.  I would hope you would agree both QB's have done more with less this year.  Neither plays with a top 10 or even a top 20 group of pass catchers... The game this weekend is going to be a challenge for both teams but I'm optimistic  Buffalo comes out on top this time.  Benford is playing much better now than he was back in week 5.  Hairston didn't even play week 5 and is back now and fully healthy.  The abomination at safety that was Taylor Rapp is no longer on the field and MLB Bernard, who looked lost that game and most of this season, has been replaced by Shaq Thompson who has raised the level of defensive play across the board.  Also, without your best run stuffer on the D. Line, Cook should have a lot more opportunities for big gains up the middle.  There is a reason why Bills fans are confident (not cocky) going into this game and these are just a few.

Go Bills!!

I never bet on my team.. it’s nail biting enough without money involved.. but Agreed I think the game could go either way..

Hoping for a good, competitive game.  No new injuries for either team.  And the refs to not decide this game either way.  Good luck Sunday.

Go Bills!!

So wait, a sideways look at a particular topic and the mods have merged three threads in 5 minutes.

But the actual GameDay thread full of pats wankers, one in particular, and crickets..!?!

Just ban this dipstick already, it's boring and ruining the thread. Unless typing things into chatgpt and pasting the results here now counts as a contribution?

You’re speaking out of both sides of your mouth, you say they are tied in EPA per play and then says overall Maye is ahead, how does that make sense?

Joe Marino on with Jeremy and Nate this morning.  Making a nice case for how different the Bills team is now.  I forgot that Mathis, Logue and Jackson played a bunch on the Defensive line that week plus the hobbled rapp running around.

I'm hoping that McDermott and Babich start Thompson at LB this week.  Think we need his size and savvy.  I can see Stevenson running over Bernard and Milano on short yardage.

I worked in Nashville from '99-02.  Was at the Stadium for the Music City Forward Lateral.

Whats hilarious to me is that folks down here think they're so country and have pride in their rural roots but WNY is far more country, far more rural, and far more redneck than a lot of the South right now.

go 15 minutes North or South on 90 and you'll be in pure country rural life no different or no less than going 15 minutes off of I85 or I77.

Dorian Williams is a good downhill runner to stop the run and a stout body. he doesn't always fare well in decision making or scraping through traffic but I would like a solid set of reps in a 43 set with Williams being the 3rd LB over Bernard.

Ideally, in passing downs (though it would not be realistic)...

Milano at Mike

Shaq at Sam

Bernard at Will

Running downs...

Milano at Will

Shaq at Sam

Williams at Mike

If Diggs goes off again, I’ll lose my mind watching this game.

Hes had 3 big games this year and ours was by far, his biggest.

Hes well on his way to his typical back half of the season, into the playoffs, slumber.

Taron Johnson & Cam Lewis, I beg of you… figure it out.

Really you should know the answer to that, I shouldn't have to explain that.

You just know he knows that the cameras will be focused on him throughout the game. He loves the attention and will perform accordingly, so I am expecting another big game from him and a lot of antics on the sidelines.

Oh you are back, hadn’t seen you since the Bills exposed the Pats and McCorkle in the playoffs. Welcome.

So cool that you were there!  I was in Nashville from 93-99 but happened to be in FL supporting my wife running her first marathon during the MCM, IIRC (think I watched some of the game in the airport).  My idiotic move that trip was running three miles with her in Tevas - Got some very bad blisters, of course.
