Is it too much to ask to have Shaq and Kincaid both healthy and starting? 
 

this is a what-could’ve-been season.

Everyone says this and it drives me crazy.  The Bengals got the opening KO and drove for a TD to go up 7 - 0.  The Bills responded with a drive to inside the Bengals 10 yard line where they kicked a FG.  The Bengal's got a first down at midfield when the injury to Hamlin happened.  Sorry, but games that are 7 - 3 late in the 1st quarter and in no way settled.

 

 

Whatever you say man. Based on how easy that drive was looking when Damar got hurt, it looked like they would probably score a TD again. Joe burrow was fixing to shred our defense that night. And our offense had to gut it out for 3 points on its opening drive. 
 

I think we were about to be down two scores early and become one dimensional

Our two most supposedly impactful receivers and our best DE all have two listed injuries, almost unreal. 

 

Palmer I hoped woud be ready for Cincinnati but he will not play after 2 x DNP although i am expecting a "we'll see" answer from McDermott.

 

We were very decisive to put Hardman on IR but not with Kincaid. 

 

Get healthy Buffalo!

I suppose you could argue that McDermott teams typically make good defensive adjustments at halftime and do better after half, but the way they were moving the ball in the first quarter they probably would have put up at least 24 points. 

 

I personally think the Bills were spared that game because Cincy appeared to be ready to torch us that game

I dunno.  Allen missed Beasley for what might have been a TD. It might have become down to who had the ball last

I watch a lot of NFL football and shredding a defense on the opening drive then getting a first down on their next possession provides very little indication on how the rest of the game will go.  Sure they might have blown up the Bills for 40 points or just scored 20.  There is no way of knowing from what was happening in the first half of the 1st quarter.

 

And the Bills had a nice drive on their first possession.  Who says it wasn't going to be a shoot out?

I said this last week and I will say it again.  If you are Josh Allen and you play through every injury you have and always find a way well when he walks into this locker room he must just roll his eyes when he hears the news about kincaid, palmer and samuel.  He will never admit it publicly but as comepetitive as he is and as much of a trash talker as he is....can you imagine what he thinks about these guys who are always hurt with some new aliment that keeps them out of practice all week and then somehow keep missing all these games.

 

Whatever it is in their scouting that keeps landing them these guys with constant injuries they need to figure out and correct immediately when the season is over.

You know they still actually practice in a walkthrough right? Its just no pads and no contact.

We have to be careful of those walkthroughs...  could lead to cramps and hang nails too.

Injuries piling up for us, clean bill of health for the Bengals, a flag-happy referee crew, Ingram lost for nothing... the "little things" are adding up fast.

Nah, it was for more than that. They gave WRs too much cushion. Plus our DL and OL got dominated and pushed around.

 

It was so bad our guys looked like we were slipping and wore wrong cleats. Playing on skates.

Strange with all practice injuries this year. It’s like Oliver brings his horse to practice and it strolls around stepping on players feet and kicking them in the knees

I really feel like Cincy is going to torch us based on history but I have no idea
