Geez, leading Bills receiver Tyrell Shavers 4 receptions for 90 yards, 1 TD.  Cook was second with 3 for 66 yards.

His slow release from press coverage last week cost Allen an INT in Miami, but the kid has been on the team for a while and they have to be seeing something from him.

Showed it today.

Stop the run with a light box and high safeties. Pressure the QB with a four man rush. Give up no big plays.

problem is, you need at least 2 app pro DL to make that work and they don’t have them. Not even close.

It looks like the plan is to let the other team go up and down the field all day and pray Josh is money.

Did any of our WR Screens work?  Frustrating to see those called on second and long..

Tai is a rb but his was the same screen we do with the wr’s. That turned out decently

We have a lot of good players tbh

Benford is great. Hairston and Bishop might be great. Walker as well. Rousseau and Epenesa are good. Bosa is good Oliver is better than good Bernard when healthy is good

We have plenty of talent on defense

Does anybody know what the ***** McD Defensive philosophy is? What the hell is he trying to do? That defense is total trash. We might have 2 good players with a few rookies we can hope devlop.

Just look how bad the ravens were when he was out.

I will never understand the "system " argument after seeing that dumpster fire of an offence they had when he missed time

The system is designed for him. He runs it perfectly.

The only real argument against Lamar is playoff/big game failures.  Otherwise people are just finding reasons to hate.  He is a unicorn, Josh is a unicorn.  They both do things differently than any player has before so people try to find reasons to knock them down.

The playoff failure is 100 percent fair as he hasn't been great.

But any other criticism of him, or people say he has the success cause the system? That's just ridiculous IMO

The whole is less than the sum of its parts which is insanely frustrating. McD is supposed to be a defensive coach but this team is under performing its talent level at times.

He was an mvp well before Derrick Henry got there if that's what you're implying

Hes been elite since 2019

I think you are overestimating the talent.

Bosa is good vs pass, bad vs run.

Benford, Rousseau and Epenesa are average.

Hairston, Bishop and Walker may be good but are inconsistent right now.

OTOH, you have Poyer, Bernard, Milano, Jones, and Johnson all staring and all below average.

Amazing what happens when Joe Brady actually lets him throw and not run it 55 percent of the time

Brady had no choice as the running game was terrible. Not many games where both of your lines are dominated in the run game (though pass protection was very good) and you have three turnovers and still won. Reason: Josh despite his AWFUL 6 tds today

Thompson has looked pretty legit tbh…Bernard is definitely splitting time or getting outright benched when he comes back

Bernard was god awful today, and has been bad must of the year. Coming from a guy that really liked Bernard coming into the season.

He's definitely playing hurt. He should not be losing a foot race to Baker. How are you going to keep up with backs and TEs.

Maybe his philosophy is to do what he can with very few good players.

I think they are trying to stop the pass as much as possible. If they sold out against the run, they would probably give up 400 passing yards.

The injuries have destroyed any chance of this defense being "good".

You didn’t mention any LBs… 😬

I think it will be Milano that goes to the pine.

I thought Bernard looked much better today than he has almost all year.

I'm sorry, but Bernard looked awful to me. I think he's playing with a flat tire. Several times he had the jump on Baker, and Baksr easily outran him. Baker Mayfield is far from fast.
