Pats downfield passing offense is tough to deal with. Good pass protection and route combinations designed to get someone open downfield.

I mean that deep crosser is just so difficult for anyone to defend. Douglas ran a great route stemming it up field before snapping it off too.

Pats now have 29 explosive pass plays on the season. That's the big difference to past years

They are easily a top 3-4 AFC team right now (with KC, Indy, Denver). They are likely to go VERY deep in the playoffs.

Pats lost to the Raiders. That is still inside of them somewhere.

That was pretty early in the year. I would almost throw that out at this point. They aren't getting stopped anytime soon. Of course, they CAN be beat, but looking at their schedule, they have 1 game that could present a problem for them (at Baltimore). Otherwise, should be clear sailing.

Maye having very little trouble moving the ball though the air against the #1 pass defense. Their skill positions aren’t exceptional, but they don’t need to swing a trade for an AJ Brown type IMO. He’d be nice to have, but it’s not like they’re struggling to pass.

I think a lack of running threat going to hurt them as winds pick up and cold temperatures start flying but we'll see.

That would be nice. Really need them to have a "young team makes too many mistakes" game or two in the next month or so.
