I’m pretty disgusted by this board right now; it’s a complete s-h-i-t-s-h-o-w.  The Bills are still a top Super Bowl contender and “fans” are acting like the season is over.  There are reinforcements on defense coming in and if anyone thinks Josh Allen isn’t his own biggest critic they haven’t been paying attention.

I’ll be rolling into Charlotte on Sunday morning.  Probably no time to tailgate but if there is we’ll head to that Tavern place (no idea where it is but I have Google).

Club seats for the game (because my wife deserves it) and then back home Sunday night after celebrating a victory.

Go Bills, but I believe I may have finally outgrown this place.

I agree, but keep in mind that in the poll that was done a few days ago, roughly 90% of the board thinks we will have between 10 and 14 wins. It is a vocal minority that is doing most of the bitching on the site right now.

Go Bills! Enjoy the game! I went to the game in Atlanta and had a blast!

Slightly disagree -;as one of the people doing the bitching - I also think we will win 10-11 games. Because the standard around the NFL is low right now. The two are not mutually exclusive.

Baller Beane also hated people bitching. And he has been proven wrong. Again and again and again. I won't argue with people who want to call it bitching, doesn't mean we're wrong though 🤷🏽‍♂️

Have a look at a Falcons games before or after last week - and seriously tell me the Bills coaching and preparation is up to standard? Hard, hard disagree on that.

Have a look at other "SB contenders"  and think we have similar numbers of elite talent as them? Hard disagree on that too.

17 will always win 10+ games, he's an all time baller - doesn't mean the coaching and front office isnt short changing the Bills on the best possible results year after year with their vanilla outlook on coaching and roster construction.

Why do I feel like a number of posters here… secretly wish/hope for a loss and collapse of the team?

I know a lot of posters want to be right and about the coaching and Beane being the worst ever, but this is drought era thinking.   The Bills are 4-2. Your desire to be right about predicting their demise should not exceed your desire to see the Bills win.

Hey Dan, I hope for the Bills to win the Super Bowl as much as anyone here. THIS YEAR. But I live in reality, and I am not alone seeing a trend with this year's team that, if it continues, means we will not have a chance to do that. I could be wrong; maybe we right the ship, and go on a run to our first chip. But if our season goes south, which feels possible, it would be better, IMO, for it to go so bad that McD and Beane are let go and we have a top 5 picks in the draft. Get it? Or you wanna question my loyalty to Buffalo (city of my birth) and the Bills?

So went to the NC State Fair yesterday - this was the 1st place entry in the non-professional cake category.

Has to be a sign.

No guarantee we will win this game, the way we have looked...

It's weird to say, but one benefit of getting housed in this game:

We are stuck in a doom loop of exactly the same season every year. Josh dragging us to 11-13 wins, us coming up short against KC.

Maybe if this season spins totally out of control, we get good draft picks and a new coaching staff and we get excited again...

Do you really think with our O line, Cook, Kincaid, Shakir, and mainly JA17 that our season bottoms out?

I guess I didn't write it well... I think our chances of bottoming out are not that high--maybe 15%--but they are real. (Which I didn't think from 2020-2024.)

What I was trying to say was that if the Panthers take us to the woodshed with KC waiting the next week, the chance our season goes down the tubes is much higher.

In that case, I'd rather bottom out and get a fresh start with a new staff, than go 10-7 and first round loss in the playoffs.

Falcons scored on 3 of 4 drives in the first half.  The Bills stopped one drive.  Or should I say, Rousseau stopped the drive. 1st down Rousseau tackle for loss.  2nd down Rousseau tackle for a loss.  3rd down Rousseau tackle for a loss 4th down Punt to Bills .

Hoecht is a stud that is going to elevate the whole D Line.  Larry O is going to toughen up the interior.

Perfectly illustrates my point. And the rest of the game? Dissappears as per usual.

Got it, but the tubes, and staffing changes, are very remote.  Even at 9-8, nothing changes, even though it should.  I’d bet Coach and OC would be hired the next day if let go.

Greg Rousseau's 2025 PFF overall grade is 83.7 as of mid-October, ranking him 18th among NFL edge rushers.

8 weeks ago, this Carolina match-up was the easiest game on our schedule. Now I'm legitimately worried.

Yes, they probably would be, and good luck to the team that hires them. But our team has had too long under this regime with the same flaws... we need fresh energy and a different style. I watched KC, the Eagles, and the Lions this weekend and those offenses and defenses were on a different level to ours.

Edge actually feels like it’s been pretty good for the first time in a long time which has given me some hope lol.   in the interior, Walker has looked good at times in and Ed has played well also.  Everything else on defense has been horrible though to the point where Shaq Thompson felt like a huge upgrade over our starters at LB 😂

id just stick Hoecht at OLB and have him blitz his a** off haha that’s gotta be better than anything most of our LBs have been doing

Rousseau isn't an edge rusher, he's a hold the point of attack to keep LB clean to make tackles/deflect balls and on occasion move the QB from the pocket and or get a clean up sack as needed.

Bottoming out would do a lot to help this team yet I can't see it happening, we're too talented to do something like that.

He’s way better than he’s portrayed on here.

I expect a close game. Their defense has some teeth to it. We can not afford to get behind the sticks with undisciplined (or phantom) penalties or it will be another long day like Atlanta. And Dalton is a veteran QB who can take advantage of the soft spots of our zone defense.

Am I crazy to be more concerned about Andy Dalton than Bryce Young? Dalton is almost 38, but this is the year of the old man QB, right?

`Bills D has lots of problems.  Rousseau is not one of them.  Nor is the DL for the most part.  60% of DL snaps have been rookies or backups.  Still pressure rates arre among the top.  Larry O will help rotation.  Hoecht will be the best player on D imo.  Our DL just got much, much better.

Did he get an extension that would pay him elite money?

is top 20 considered elite? And will he finish there.

If your boss came to you to offer you an extension and pay increase to be at a premium level would you turn him down because you're a mediocre talent?
