Yes, but wouldn’t that be offsetting penalties? Even if the defender is holding it doesn’t give you the right to push off.

It does, it’s just weird seeing a 40 year old QB you just brought off the street airing it out. If this works, it’s quite the indictment of Burrow’s value.

you're not going to get both offense and defensive pass interference on the same pass.
