I know you’re not saying this but I want to get out in front of it. The defense being “the worst in the Josh Allen era” is only more reason McD needs to go. He and Beane go all in on defense every year in the draft and free agency and always come up short on that side of the ball while giving Josh the leftover scraps to keep him mildly amused.

If getting to the AFC Championship good enough for you, then yeah, sure, keep McD. 

 

How many more playoff failures will it take for you to admit that McD isn't capable of winning it all? We are wasting the prime years of Allen sticking with this loser coach.

Its time for a change.  Not a well built roster, Beane deserves more of the blame here, but we've seen enough of McD and I'm not sure he's going to get us over the hump.  They haven't been a sharp team for most of the season.  Too many penalties, folks not on the same page, all falls on coaching.

Respectfully you are talking to the guy who spent months claiming that Beane blew the offseason on defense.  The free agents he signed are all spare parts.  I said over and over they wouldn't make a dime's worth of difference......and what did I get, nothing but grief and dislikes because people did not understand what bosa is.  

 

now because you are mad because you can't handle a loss in october you are yelling at me because you want coaches fired in october.  

 

i bet you are one of the guys who told me I didn't know anything about football when I said white, bosa, ogunjobi, hoecht, forrest etc. wouldn't make any difference.

I'm not yelling at you. In fact, I'm very calm.

 

Just stating a very probable fact that this team is not going to win a Super Bowl this year under McDermott as they are flawed and are a poorly coached team.

He should have been fired after 13 seconds. But Beane needs to share the blame as well. Take a good look at the Bills. They have a great QB. A very good RB. Average at best WR's and TE's. A good but not great OL. A below average defense. Does that look like a Super Bowl contender.
