I thought what I wrote was so dumb that it would be recognized as sarcasm.   I will be less subtle going forward.  My bad and apologies.

TBD-TSW can be a perfect example of a variation of an old saying:

Never underestimate the power of people to miss sarcasm on an internet message board.

the problem is Tua is a big part of the tail spin. That was one of the moments to restart the engines but instead the steered harder into it

Right? Tua talking about leadership and he puts this out into the media? Talk about poor leadership

McDaniel to replace McDermott may be too much of a reach.

McDaniel to replace Brady could be a huge upgrade.  He's from the Kyle Shanahan coaching tree.

McDaniel just isn't HC material and is more of an X's and O's guy

McDaniels won't even be an OC candidate to any serious team for a while. The stink will take a bit to wash away.

I can’t believe Tua is admitting this in a presser. It’s almost like the team is quitting on HIM, not just McDaniels.

At this point, they’re cooked. They need to blow it all up.

No wonder Poyer didn't like his time there, if your franchise QB is saying that about the team the owner needs to step in and do something or the franchise QB needs to grow a set and step up 1 of the 2 ...

This is better than Game of Thrones

Nahh Game of Thrones had some intrigue, some suspense.. this is like watching king Joffrey get pelted with horse turds on repeat for a year and change.

Maybe we can get McDaniel to replace McDermott.  Great offensive mind and we can get a new defensive scheme.  All this culture stuff is overrated anyway.  Imagine what he could do with Allen.

How is he going to wear his capri pants in December?

If you look up that actor (Jack Gleeson) now, he looks different. He is trying to reimagine himself from all the hate he got playing Joffrey! I still see Joffrey, but it took me a bit to see it.

He will get frostbite. Mike will need to find a Highschool team in the tropics to be the waterboy.

I'd do it for Tua's salary.

It's like the last days of Rome, if Rome had never been an empire and was basically always a sh*thole

So its more like the beginning, middle, and end days of Gary, Indiana?

I would join the ranks of the "fire McDermott" crowd if he hired that guy as OC.

That's why I usually use the slant bar s to notate my sarcastic comments.

I frequently misinterpret sarcasm myself, so I don't down-talk people who do the same.

It was about the funniest thing ever hearing McDaniel try and do damage control on Tua's comments. I'm not sure it was Tua's intention to F him over (not like it really mattered). But when your on the hot seat and your QB says players aren't doing the right things, it's just not a good look.

McDaniel “Player-led meetings are extra things outside of what I demand. We’ve been very accountable, to me. It sounds like there was something on his mind with regard to specific meetings with a couple of individuals that he was trying to get corrected by direct communication. Clearly, he’s sending a message. From my standpoint, everything I’ve asked of the guys, they have delivered on. So I’m sure whoever he’s talking to, they’ll deliver as well.”

I can’t believe Mcdaniel hasn’t been fired yet.

Maybe the owner of the Dolphins is a tightwad. He has to pay McDaniel if he is fired and maybe he doesn't want two HC on the payroll at the same time. It's small numbers in the big picture--but you'd be surprised how cheap some rich people can be.

I suspect Ralph Wilson thought that way about firing coaches.
