Thurman#1 Posted 9 hours ago Posted 9 hours ago Interesting video from Kincaid's use against the Pats. 2 Quote
Thurman#1 Posted 2 hours ago Author Posted 2 hours ago I thought it was interesting seeing the Pats "spinning into eight man coverage," initially confounding Josh, but seeing Kincaid quickly figure out how he can be QB-friendly in that situation. (13:00) Interesting also seeing (4:45) where he makes a case that Josh took the lower-percentage shot giving Coleman a contested catch shot where the CB has him partly stacked and Josh doesn't give him a back-shoulder ball. Eric argues that a shorter pass to Kincaid would probably have made the 1st. Quote
BuffaloRebound Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Everybody’s gotta plan until you get punched in the mouth. When the everybody eats stuff aint working, it’s gotta be Cook, Kincaid, and Shakir. Honestly, that should’ve been the gameplan going into the Pats game. I understand spreading it around and not showing all your cards against the weaker teams, but it really felt like we gave that game away with a horrible 1st half offensive gameplan. Quote
ChronicAndKnuckles Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Agreed. Offense should center around Shakir and Kincaid. This “everybody eats” philosophy is not working as well as it did in the past. I feel like you put the ball in the hands of the playmakers. Also, I feel like Cook should be used more in the passing game too. These are the most dynamic skill players. So get them the ball. 1 Quote
Buffalo Boy Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago Just opined in the other thread that I feel Hawes and Kincaid should both be used ahead of Knox. If Hawes was used in a similar fashion to Beasely in finding holes in the zone and sitting down he’d make a heck of a big target and I already like his hands better than Knox. We aren’t finding outside speed on this team. Josh is better at hitting a spot than outside downfield passes. 1 Quote
Pecker Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Kinkaid really thrived with play action. If we are gonna be running it so often, then we should also use play action more often. and why isn’t Shakir on the field more? He is our best wr. It feels like he is rarely out there. Start using him outside! He is so quick and shifty I don’t see why he couldn’t play outside. Quote
CSBill Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I strongly feel the Bills should be using Dalton Kinkaid much more than they are—he is my Fantasy team's TE. No more everybody eats, feed DK more! Quote
fasteddie Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago The only problem with Kincade is that Brady pulls him off the field after he makes a catch. Reid would never pull Kelce off the field after he made a catch in his prime. After putting the defense in bad positions, a wr would break open for a TD. Brady has got to learn how to use his best weapons. 1 Quote
CoudyBills Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Are you insinuating that 54% snap count doesn't constitute "center piece"? Quote
Big Blitz Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago I’m telling you - they don’t want his snap share over 65 percent especially in the first half of the season. Dalton is under a sort of load maintenance. They view him as a guy at higher risk of injury. Quote

finn Posted 55 minutes ago Posted 55 minutes ago I'm not sure what to make of Brady. Is he holding back, maybe at McDermott's request, playing conservative ball to take the win? Or is this all he can do with the best quarterback in the league, a terrific line (and line coach) and running back, and the best tight-end trio in the league--against bottom-half teams? Maybe Babich is struggling because of a dearth of talent to work with, but you can't say the same of Brady. My growing sense is that he's just a guy who happened to be around when McDermott needed someone to take over. I credit him for turning things around, and I'm not giving up on him yet, but he's been dealt pocket aces and so far this year he's playing like he has 5-7 off. Quote
