Josh said the fumble happened because of a bad snap exchange. doesn’t seem like a coaching issue. Wonder at what point in game did McGovern hurt his hand and if it affected the snap exchange? Quote

Low Positive Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago (edited) Does every thread on here have to turn into "fire McDermott?" There are about 10 of you who refuse to talk about anything else. Here's my take, for what it's worth. Josh is the franchise. Much more so than even Tom Brady was in New England. If Josh thought he was wasting his career with McDermott, he would ask for, and get, a coaching change. If he thought that Beane was incompetent and only gave him players that he can't use, he would force a different plan or get him fired. If he wanted a diva #1 WR, he would get one. He's the franchise. He got a WR in the draft last year and a pass catching TE the year before. We all hated those picks and assume that it was Beane making another idiotic choice, but all indications are that Josh chose both Dalton and Keon. He just does his business in the background, so it looks to people here like he's a helpless child being exploited by the arrogant McDermott and hapless, idiotic Beane. There is also no way that he doesn't have huge amounts of input into the offensive game planning and play calling because if he didn't like the plays that Brady was calling we would see frustration on the sideline. They have talked about how key offensive players are heavilly involved in the game planning. Josh chose Joe Brady. Josh chose Ken Dorsey. He's been picking his own coaches for the past 5 years. If he wanted a different head coach, he would have one. Josh Allen is THE FRANCHISE. If you are frustrated with the direction of the franchise, take it up with him. I think if he went to Pegula and said that he thinks a change is needed he would get what he wants. QBs get coaches fired all the time. Remember how Aaron Rodgers got Salah fired last year in NY? Remember how Payton Manning got John Fox fired in Denver? Remember how Tom Brady got Bruce Ariens, with whom he won a SB, fired in Tampa as a condition of his coming back for another year? Maybe that's not who Josh is, but if he wanted a change he would get one. 1 minute ago, Special K said: Any word on Kincaid?? Game time decision?? None yet, but who cares? We've got a coach to fire! As good as Kincaid has played this year, I'm ok if he misses this one. Let him heal up so it doesn't bother him all year like his knee did last season I'm also biased as I would love to see Hawes get some extra snaps/targets as well. The only thing Josh has signaled being upset with is fairweather, whiny fans like the ones that left the stadium early vs. the Ravens (who probably left to get a head start on getting home and complaining on their favorite message board) 1 Quote

Just now, Boatdrinks said: If Josh Allen thought that the Bills HC was costing him a chance at a world’s championship he’d demand a new one- or a trade. I disagree with you. Josh may have been asked his opinion on OC from McD but Pegula isn’t asking Josh if he should fire McD or Beane. I wish he did get asked but even if he did Josh isn’t that guy. He’s not Rodgers, he’s a good dude and it’s not his job to find his next coach or axe his current coach. Ownership and Pegulas inner circle should be protecting Josh and going after coaches like Jim Harbaugh when they’re available instead of staying the course just because ticket sales are good. Mahomes has played pretty lackluster the last 3 years but Reid and Spagnola bail him out continually. McD isn’t good enough to take this team any further than it’s been getting. He’s a good person who built a strong culture but as a HC he gets out coached most weeks, is a horrible game manager, and I’ve never seen a team give up so many 3rd and longs every week under a coach. If he can win a SB this year I’ll eat my words but like I’ve said before, this is the easiest schedule, and every “contender” has started off awful and we have no real competition for the 1 seed. We should run away with the 1 seed with a 15-2 or 14-3 record but because of our coaching we will somehow blow games we shouldn’t (just like last week) and finish 11-6 or 12-5 and be the 2 or 3 seed and lose once again to a more prepared team in the playoffs because our D will suck and Josh will have to carry the team on his back. But hey it’s year 8 with the best QB in the league and the same HC. Maybe this year will be different Quote

McD may not be better than Reid and Co. but who is ? It’s not as easy as all that. Quote

Ethan in Cleveland Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Ugh Kincaid on injury report now too.... What is the injury and when did it happen? Is it too negative to point out that the Bills could have drafted LaPorta who is bigger, hasn't missed games, and would not have cost them a draft pick to move up to take???? Quote
