Logic Posted August 27 Posted August 27 Well look at that. Jordan Poyer on the practice squad. Almost like there was no reason to panic and sling mud for 15 pages. 1 1 6 Quote

Rumors of a DB and a DE on X being the 17th. DE makes more sense since they don’t have one currently That's a pretty damn solid PS. Quote
ControllerOfPlanetX Posted August 27 Posted August 27 The PS should play the other team’s PS in flag football the night before the real game. This would be a shadow league, and don’t think people wouldn’t watch. 2 1 2 1 Quote

That said, there's now been two players that have been said to be added. Either they changed their mind on one, or someone's exiting the Squad in quick fashion: Edited August 27 by BillsFanForever19 1 Quote

I guess he’s kinda fast, but what does he give the offense that is unique? 1 Quote

Ethan in Cleveland Posted August 27 Posted August 27 I would have preferred adding a Kicker to the PS. If Bass' groin flares up then they could elevate someone for game day. With the ability to elevate players for game day the PS has a little more value than it did in the past. Quote

Bass had “pelvic soreness” not a groin injury, and I don’t think carrying a K on the PS is a very good use of that tool. There are plenty of kickers out there who can get ready in a week if somebody gets hurt. 1 Quote

The problem was his hands are brutal. He was dropping passes left and right on last night's episode. And that was pretty much it. He knew it too. Nice guy. At least he can keep riding his scooter. 49 minutes ago, BillsFanForever19 said: We do have an extra spot on the PS that we didn't use, thanks to Clayton's IPP exempt status. No way he belongs on an NFL field the way he played in the preseason. Good to get some new blood in from other teams. Lets go Jalen Kimber. 1 1 Quote

FLFan Posted August 27 Posted August 27 I feel bad for Hamler as he seemed like a great guy who loved being part of the Bills, but he has had two years to make his case and they must feel he is topped out. Time to give someone else a chance there. Same for Davidson really. He did not show improvement this camp, and in fact, the opposite overall. New Blood time. Neither was surprising. 1 Quote
GASabresIUFan Posted August 27 Posted August 27 (edited) Which of the guys on this list might actually help the Bills this season? I can see Gore helping in a pinch; possibly Logue, but the rest seem like cannon fodder. Jackson, Phillips and Poyer are done as NFLers. I’ll revise this post and add I think Green and Feeney would be adequate fill ins on the line if pressed into service. Edited August 27 by GASabresIUFan 1 Quote
