At the time our defensive ends were rather old - it was an attempt to get young talent at the position.  Hughes, Addison, and Murphy were all 30+ and Epenesa looked like... a worse version of what he is.  He had dropped a ton of weight and struggled to set the edge on early downs.

Someone should take the controls from Beane during round 2. It has not gone well for him there. The exception is James Cook, but drafting a RB in Round 2, is almost cheating.

I was positive we'd pick Humphrey to eventually replace an aging, oft-concussed Center. Would've made perfect sense, but Beane seems to fall in love with certain players. Can't win em all.

His game was so vanilla! Boogie didn’t deserve his nickname.  There was no get down ‘n boogie to his game.  Even Carlos is too cool of a name for him.  Shoot even Basham sounds too badass!  He played more like  Bob Smith.

Has he considered the CFL / Canadian Tire Corporation retail management program?  Position on a CFL team, offseason placement in a Canadian Tire store close to the team played for. 🤔
