Success Posted September 4 Posted September 4 Lamar, Mahomes & Allen are all top tier QB's. I find that the debates about who is 'better' get mired in a lot of team accomplishments and other basically irrelevant factors. I think one of my biggest pet peeves in life is that many fans think it's a slam dunk that Mahomes is the best, or that he's in a tier of his own, because "rings." I don't think Bills, Ravens or Chiefs fans would trade the guy they've got for either of the other guys. This is an incredible era for QB's. I find it hilarious when Pats fans try to pump up Brady by saying the QB's were so much better in his era, after they spent nearly 2 decades trashing Manning as a one & done choker. 2 1 Quote

And when that boat stops, it lets Josh off while Lamar stays on it. That boat is called the “SS Playoff choker”. I think he will eventually get off that boat, just as I think both will get off the zero Lombardi boat….. but until then- it’s a lonely boat ride that Lamar is on. Josh is an all time playoff performer. Lamar is not. 1 1 1 Quote

The only ones you can say that about in their prime in the league. Rodgers is the other one still active. I don't believe Stafford or Hurts rise to that level I think stafford does when healthy Quote

Josh vs Lamar is worthy of its own thread. One ravens fan falling on his sword for Lamar vs the entire message board in our weekly game thread isn’t the place imo. I want info on the game, yet have to wade through page after page to find any info. I was guilty of it too, that’s why I created another thread for this. Yet he refuses to post in it with rebellious intent and everyone continues to feed the troll. 1 hour ago, FranchiseSavior said: There is nothing he can do. Some people just can't let go of things. Lamar can win title and be SB MVP and it'll be he has all this help and his WR are always wide open. And you’ll still be all upset whining and crying about it in our weekly game thread instead of a thread dedicated specifically for you so that you don’t turn this thread into something that sucks. 2 Quote

I appreciate your effort to marginalize the Ravens Troll. You can’t help it if he is not bright enough to take the hint. I lived in MD 23 years. Trust me - that’s pretty common among Ravens fans. 1 Quote

Probably 33% either, 33% neither, 33% both. maybe 50% either, 25% neither/both. Quote

MJS Posted September 4 Posted September 4 Wait, Tre White has a groin injury? I thought it was his knee or ankle or something. Did we know it was a groin injury? Quote
GottaRun Posted September 4 Posted September 4 PARKING Question - What's it like walking from Southwestern to the stadium this year? Can you walk through the ECC and across to Hammer's lot or do you need to go around the construction? On the latest stadium video it looks like the lot behind Hammers has been paved and lines painted... not sure if staff or anyone parks there or if it's all fenced off. Quote

Gotta question for you. Who's the better QB Trent Dilfer or Jim Kelly? Josh, Tua, amd Lamar all have something in common. They never reached a SB. How important was dilfer to the victories or defeats? Quote
