Pathetic?   You listed our entire WR roster.  You realize nobody is talking about Davis as the #1?  Perhaps your lack of reading comprehension prevents this.

You keep coming back with pathetic responses. I don’t care if they are talking the 5th or 6th option, which they obviously are because Davis sucks. They DO NOT NEED HIM. HE IS AWFUL.

Moore or Samuel or both may be done.

Let's be honest.  Both of those guys and even Amari Cooper and Nyiem Hines were more productive with their previous teams than here.

Not sure what the disconnect is, but it's frustrating to watch.

Yes, I believe he would be the 4 or 5.  Given that, who is a better choice?

Available is the most important ability, odds are he will be injured yet again during the season, it’s happened every season,  should they sign him I will send positive energy his way, and hope for the best.

Gabe Davis is an enigma. Its the ability vs opportunity argument. Would player xyz have the same or better result if given the opportunities Davis was?

What he did in Jac did nothing to help the case that it was his talent that led to success in Buf. He played 11 games last year and in 5 of them had 1 catch or less. The year before in Buf he had 7 such games. He is a guy that disappears. To me that is a reflection of him not bringing a ton to the table but in the right situations (as most NFL quality players would) will put up big numbers.

Just some more stats:

74 careers games

24 games with 0-1 catches and 39 with only 2 or less

6 100 yd rec games; 22 50+ yd rec games; 26 games with 20 or less yards

Catch rate of 50% or below in 36 games

See above. If Joe B is correct, Samuel is a more likely cut than Moore. We'll find out soon enough.

That is conjecture based off Samuel not participating in training camp.  Moore hasn’t out performed to a degree where eating more cap money while still being against the cap makes sense.  Imo a tie goes to Samuel.  Nothing has made Moore a lock imo.  Moore has had unsubstantiated hype for 5 years now.

Please dont do this to Palmer, Moore or Samuel..   He is who he is.  For 100 targets no way.  For 50 or less yes.

Not for nothing, but Beane looks a bit ridiculous for the Jeremy White thing if we’re out here lighting money on fire with Curtis Samuel & Elijah Moore with his 2.5M fully guaranteed.

All is forgiven if Keon breaks out this year and Palmer is the guy Beane hypes him to be, but when McDermott says we have 3 WR’s then ((shrugs)) it’s not the greatest endorsement of how we’ve addressed a room he’s received criticism over year after year.

Beane can't help himself.  Every year he brings in a bunch of mediocre WR talent and that claims he upgraded the room.

Joe B is at camp every day and has been reporting on it regularly since it started. He's not making stuff up about Moore's performance in practice.

I don’t disagree and I also do disagree. Allen put up an MVP season with largely a lesser group last season. I’ll take what they have on the roster this year over last. And that should include (hopefully) a much bigger year from Kincaid.

Im not saying he is.  Moore doing something when Samuel is not doing anything.  If Moore is clearly ahead of Samuel.  With both Shakir and Samuel out why did he play when every Bill with a solid role sat? Joe sounds like every beat reporter to watch Moore.  He has been a sleeper for years because of it.  He is a post, post, post, post hype sleeper.

I just do not think that is happening.  If anything they don't believe shavers/hamler/shenualt  can get open vs nfl db's i would guess.

or They are going to cut samuel or send him to IR.

Samuel is a major dead money cap hit - what an atrocious signing.

I agree. Its also very meaningful to see what snaps and packages a player is put into in the practice setting, both in the times where the public is invited and in the times where they are not present. By those accounts, Moore has been very involved with the 1's in Shakir's absence as the main sub for his role.

Is it disappointing that Moore has had a couple drops? Yes for sure. But he does indeed get open with regularity.

We shall see.

We can’t expect Allen to be the league MVP every year with a lesser cast than his peers have though.

He might be able to do it.. I think Allen is the best player in the NFL.  But it’s not a fair ask.

He started the year breaking his hand because he had to do too much and finished the year being let down by his supporting cast, again.. as Kincaid dropped a catchable pass.

Curtis Samuel was a signing that was universally questioned by Bills fans due to his injury history and, what a shock.. he’s always injured.   Elijah Moore got 2.5M fully guaranteed because we didn’t draft a viable WR.

Now, here we are, on August 19th with our HC saying we have 3 WR’s and then who knows.  Gabe Davis back in the building for a workout.

I like our Top 3 if what is being said about Keon plays out in the season, but if we cut Samuel/Moore, that’s money lit on fire because of his inability to stock the cupboard at WR.
