In that general vicinity, was Josh using chewing tobacco in one of the close-ups on him? He was spitting brown stuff into a Gatorade cup, then tipped it up to get back a wad that dropped in. If so… just… not a great model of behavior.

I saw him drinking beers at Sabres games as well, just a disgusting human being. N he wonders why he will probably be cut after pre-season, which probably wont even make the of play. So long Josh, I hope u get the help u need.

It's the preseason. When the real games start, he will button up and switch to Zyns like a professional.

I saw it too. But I think it was a mouthful of sunflower seed hulls and spit.  He was definitely pouring in more seeds after the spit.

Didn’t say that, and as things go at least chewing restricts health effects to the user themselves as opposed to second-hand smoke. 
 

But, of note, “the NFL has strict regulations against tobacco use by players on the field and during interviews.” He was trying to hide it in a green Gatorade cup but when a camera is right there behind your shoulder on national teevee…. 
 

Josh and Daboll apparently had a bet back during the Covid year about Dabs quitting chew.

Exactly. Everything we know about what this stuff does to a body…. Josh has influence on young kids and teens. They scream for his autograph and kids with cancer design his shoes and then there’s this. It’s just… there’s a reason for the league ban of tobacco products on the field and high-visibility situations.

I’m usually with my old j-school prof who would say, “This is America, you can screw tigers here. But not while you’re covering the circus.” 

 

It’s another thing if Josh takes a plug while walking his dog or if Andre Reed smokes a cig on his deck.

Naaah. That was definitely a brown liquid he was spitting into the cup. Not seeds.
