Then this is on the training staff, again. WTH is with this org they can't find a damn good training staff?

Take a deep breath…, relax, and know that they are being very cautious with the players, now is not the time to play through the small nicks, dings, and sore muscles, that would be foolish at this point in the season, I think you would agree with that,

I’m not a doctor, but a medicinal 🍸& 🚬 may very well be the answer to your angst…, 😁👍

The concern about Walker as a run stopping 1 tech is that his size is mostly north of his waistline.  He's not a typical big Dlineman with a thick lower body to give him a solid anchor.  He moved around on the Dline at Kentucky playing most of his reps as a 3 tech.  His strength is unusual agility for a big guy, not his ability to get low and get physical.

I get that however perhaps he can be motivated to NEVER skip Legs Days and add a lot of strength below the waist over a couple of NFL off-seasons and seasons.

First day of camp for the line. vs a sturdy interior is a good test for him.  All three interior starters anchor well.  Not getting rooted out is an improvement vs previous year’s DT depth.  Il reserve judgement until the pre season is completed.

Yeah its early.

Meh.. I’m not really playing that game.

Rice got hurt early in the season and they traded for Hopkins.  Drop off, sure, but they didn’t lose Rice and then have to replace him with bargain bin guys or depth players.

Bills have had pop up injuries and gaping holes created by post trade-deadline injuries.

Football is physical and violent.  Everyone on your 53 man roster and practice squad has to be at least good enough to hold their own starting at their respective positions.  Guys like Baylon Spector have not been that.  Hopefully he can stay healthy and show if he deserves to be on an NFL field.  Unless a guy is carted off the field, I think these are nicked up type injuries.  And for the most part doesn't sound too serious.  Hopefully thats true for Shavers.

I am concerned a bit about Spencer Brown.  Guy hasn't practiced yet.  Has back issues, and is a real tall dude.  Not a good mix.

he was out all year though.  Benford went out during the game and rapp missed the second half of the ravens game then the chiefs game.  Big difference.

we were missing rapp two years in a row vs kc in the playoff game.

We lost the last playoff game we played last year for 4-5 main reasons, of which injuries were one.  We did the same 4th and short play over and over, so we were too predictable.  We didn't adjust well enough to their key plays.  We were on the wrong end of some calls.  Keeping Cook out of our final drive also wasn't ideal.  These are from memory but injuries, while important, were not the only problem.  That said, injury to Benford was a big factor in the loss for sure!

It's "fared," believe it or not. A synonym for "ate." When you say someone "fared well" you're saying they "ate well." Appropriate metaphor for a team where "everyone eats."

LOL normally I'd not even reply or give two ***** but this was clever

I thought it was an interesting observation and presented with both tact and wisdom by one of the oldest and classiest members of the community.

I hope Bass can get his "pelvis soreness" under control

I'd heard reports that he seems to have hurt it early Sunday.  He was seen off to the side practicing pelvic thrusts and was heard muttering "If I only get two, I'm going to make them count."

Not so sure about that.

Faired should be used when you want the past tense of “fair” or talking about something joining together or smoothing out. Fared should be used when talking about how someone did with something, traveling, or something has happened with somebody. “Fared” is the most common of the two phrases to use.

Bass missed 4 of 8 ?

Am i the only one concerned about this ?

His body wasn't right that day and he's taking some time to get it back to 100%.  Would be more concerning if he was fully healthy when he missed fhem
