BuffaloBill Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago What is interesting is that JA bought a house for less money in CA and makes multiples in salary. JA comparatively looks conservative and cheap. Quote

Also, this doesnt tell us what Shaq paid for it, just what they are asking for it now. Built in 2020, I'm guessing he paid like $5M for it. Quote

Maynard Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago They couldn’t have added on another 49 sq ft to make it an even 11k sq ft? Talk about cutting corners. No thanks! Quote

They built a home for Charles Johnson on a lot I sold him when we moved out of charlotte. They charged him 250 per sq foot for his custom build. Pre Covid 1 Quote
Process Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago Theatre room is weak. Otherwise a gorgeous house. 1 Quote

I wasnt thinking too much less than your $3M estimate, just that it would be the top end. Even so, still puts us just under a $5M initial investment. Not the $10M+ he's asking for today. Good stuff. Thanks! Just now, Process said: Theatre room is weak. Otherwise a gorgeous house. Agreed. @boyst would only be able to fit like 4 cows in there. 1 1 Quote
Augie Posted 16 hours ago Posted 16 hours ago (edited) It’s too much like my current house, what with all the walls and floors, separated by doors. I mean, it’s almost the exact same thing, with a few minor modifications, of course. The $10.7 Mil won’t buy ALL the houses in Buffalo, but that would get you quite a collection of average priced homes in WNY. Rent those bad boys out and you have a nice income stream! .
