He's selling that peasant house. His sugar mama already has like 3 or 4 expensive properties up and down the coast.

 

Also, this doesnt tell us what Shaq paid for it, just what they are asking for it now. Built in 2020, I'm guessing he paid like $5M for it.

he built it. Bought the land for 1.2. Probably built for 3 mil more. Great investment for him if he gets this price

It looks like he built it in 2020, so you won't be able to find what he paid the builders. The land was bought for $1.2M in July 2019. Zillow has the sold history and tax assessments:

Roby usually did homes for the panthers. They built a home for Charles Johnson on a lot I sold him when we moved out of charlotte. They charged him 250 per sq foot for his custom build. Pre Covid

Ah neat, thanks for the inside info. I wasnt thinking too much less than your $3M estimate, just that it would be the top end. Even so, still puts us just under a $5M initial investment. Not the $10M+ he's asking for today. Good stuff. Thanks!

It’s too much like my current house, what with all the walls and floors, separated by doors. I mean, it’s almost the exact same thing, with a few minor modifications, of course. 

 

The $10.7 Mil won’t buy ALL the houses in Buffalo, but that would get you quite a collection of average priced homes in WNY. Rent those bad boys out and you have a nice income stream!
