Slippery Rubber Mats Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago That TD number for Cook is wrong. He had 43 TDs last season 1 4 Quote
Brand J Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Guess Camarda wasn’t cutting it. I’d be surprised if they don’t bring in another punter. In other news, it’s a bit of a luxury when that position is the weakest spot on the team. 3 Quote
Dillenger4 Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago I hope Cook balls out this season. He's our second best player on Offense. WE NEED YOU JIMBO!!!! 3 3 Quote

rusty shackleford Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Who do we think is going to be the training camp/preseason darling that is almost certain to not make the cut? Frank Gore Jr. and Shavers seem to fit the bill, but they were frontrunners for that role last year. Anyone else we should be paying more than reasonable attention to? Quote

That TE guy who always looks good in preseason. Not gonna make it over the rookie, unless the rookie looks horrible. 1 1 Quote

Zach Davidson is who I think @Rubes is referring to. Ill agree and add Wande Owens. I think he makes a lot of athletic plays early cause hes athletic (9.59 RAS at FS) and i suspect has a good grasp of the play book (went to yale with Jackson Hawes). 2 Quote

Yeah I think that was Davidson being reference too. Interestingly, the Bills website has Davidson listed as 6-7 251 and Hawes at 6-4 253. I thought the talk of Hawes during the draft was that Lee Smith type big blocking tight end but Davidson has a few inches on him at least. Could make for an entertaining competition. Quote

There tape reveals a very different style of play. Having a few inches but the same weight indicates hes less dense which is why Hawes is considered the blocking tight end. Watch his blocking film, its super fun and reminds me of Spencer Brown a lot (hence the confusion by multiple podcasters between the two). Couple of quick videos highlighting it below. Dude is mean. Curious to see if they explore moving Hawes to more of a FB role allowing them to have Kincaid, Knox and Davidson at TE? 3 minutes ago, appoo said: Elijah Moore Will be an added dimension to the offense if he works out! appoo Posted 4 hours ago Posted 4 hours ago Wait I actually answered that wrong - Moore is basically a lock to make the roster. 1 1 1 Quote

I really hope Moore ends up impressing and playing to his full potential but I think he is already on the inside, but with a potential upset from one of the lesser knowns. I would say this is the top 5 with the ( ) as potential 6 if we hold that many or could possibly knock someone out. Coleman Samuel Shakir Palmer Moore (Shenault, Hamler, Prather, Shavers) Quote

Ive seen these, more than once... and these excite me! Far from a sexy pick, but the thought of Cook running off-tackle behind Brown & Hawes leaves me with 23h:59m until I need to call a doctor! 1 1 Quote
TBBills Fan Posted 2 hours ago Posted 2 hours ago I don't understand why the ended the punter competition before it began unless camarda did something stupid like show up late, out of shape or something 1 1 Quote

I do have some "concern" though that Samuel will look fully healthy, leaving Moore to look redundant, and they end up dropping him to roster one of the bolded. I am curious to see what Shavers brings to the table... can he go to PS to start the year if needed still? Isnt there some type restrictions on keeping someone there too long or something? Quote
