muppy Posted yesterday at 01:09 AM Posted yesterday at 01:09 AM where's my Bic lighter. we are steering away from 'favorites" to just acknowledging artists we have liked. This is one of those for me. Their first album was a Major hit for them. only the lonely the Motels lead singer Martha Davis 1 Quote

That's No Moon Posted yesterday at 05:33 AM Posted yesterday at 05:33 AM (edited) Ruyter Suys and Corey Parks from Nashville "Kitty". One of the best live shows I've ever seen (and I walked into the show having no idea who they were) and I feel like they fit the motif of the OP perfectly. I'd post a video, but the one I'd post is very much NSFW, so I guess I'll settle for this one that won't embed. Suys is lead guitar and Parks plays bass. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fD1dYR8mc4o&ab_channel=Denco83 I also enjoyed Sean Yseult who played bass for White Zombie. As for singers? Give me Shirley Manson of Garbage. Now in terms of women who played music that I adored but aren't of this genre? Tanya Donelly was also underrated IMO Edited yesterday at 05:53 AM by That's No Moon 1 Quote
