BullBuchanan Posted April 30 Posted April 30 It's obvious, and not particularly close: Safety. Not sure how any other position is even in discussion. Punter would be a distant #2, but it's a lot less important. Quote
benderbender Posted April 30 Posted April 30 Kincaid and Knox are pass catching TEs turned into blockers. Now that Morris is a FA, TE3 is suddenly a concerning position given that Knox and Kincaid are usually banged up. Quote

You have to assume one or more of the top three backers - Bernard, Milano, Williams - will be dinged up coming out of training camp. It's a unit that's never 100% strength for very long it seems. While Williams filled in great for Milano, the Bills don't have that Plan 1B yet for Bernard. Agree. I picked LB as well. If Milano and Bernard are on the field, the Bills are fine. Depth is an issue. And that's one particular position the Bills need depth. 1 Quote
somnus00 Posted April 30 Posted April 30 Punter is the only correct answer here. Whether one thinks it's an important position or not, punter is the weakest rostered position. Let's hope our new star ST coach can get production out of this group. A bad punter can lose you games. Quote

nosejob Posted April 30 Posted April 30 (edited) I'm sure it's been said, but the weakest group is the ones that make the decisions with 3 or less minutes left in games. Everything should have gone through OP. That coulda changed things. Edited April 30 by nosejob Quote

I think he and Rapp are the starters, with Bishop filling it and one of the rookies being safety 4. I'm not convinced Hamlin makes the team this year. Punter is the worst position group right now. 2 of the worst statistical punters in the last seasons that they have played. 1 Quote
Ethan in Cleveland Posted May 1 Posted May 1 Punter is the worst skill set LB is the most precarious S is the most unknown CB has the most potential upside WR is the most intriguing Quote
gordong Posted May 2 Posted May 2 Love to see Tre moved to safety, he could really help out that unit. Quote

GASabresIUFan Posted May 2 Posted May 2 Safety 89 - WR 73. Now that Moore was added, is this still even a debate? Quote

He has one year of starting experience in 4 seasons, and it was 3 seasons ago. He's a fringe NFL player. If there's a longshot to make the safety squad it has to be him. Hamlin has his limitations, but he's been a FAR more productive play in his career. Hamlin is at worst a #3 safety on most NFL teams. He's without a doubt an NFL talent. Quote
