Tom Brady straight up left his wife for football. Josh needs to emulate the goat.

Rare day where the D gave the O everything and got nothing in return. Reminded me of 2018-2019 days. Allen’s second guessing himself out there too, not let it rip, doesn’t trust some of his guys yet.

What’s weird is that while i don’t necessarily want Josh to be Superman in the regular season, he seems to get more injured when he’s not playing Superman.

teams are sending the house at allen and the run game  No coordinator is worried about MVS/Hollins/Samuel .   Need Shakir back, Coleman going to have to learn on the fly and Brady needs to figure out Knox/Kincaid/throwing to the rbs more consistently  Brady needs to earn his $$

Did anybody on this team at all make a key play to bail him out? NO

Coleman turned a 10 yard gain into a 50 yard TD - he bailed out Josh.

Bernard INT and the offense did nothing

Williams fumble recovery inside the redzone and the offense did nothing

Defense gave him a chance to win the game and he didn't make it happen this week.

Josh had a bad first half today. He was better 2nd half. Was not his best game but he got zero help on offense. His D gave him a couple of takeaways but on offense he got no help in playcalling, protection or particularly receivers. That group of 5 (including Shavers) receivers to play for Buffalo today might be the worst they have fielded in my fandom.

If anything he was pushing too hard today.  He wasn’t “on” today.  Three throws:

1.  Overthrows Hollis deep.

2.  Underthrows Kincaid deep.

3.  Flare to Samuel.  Throws it behind him when he had running room if he leads him.

He didn't overthrow that scrub. He doesn't know how to track the ball. Nor should he be on the field. Embarrassing

I've said this before - the worst thing this coaching staff and front office have done is tarnished Allen's legacy. Look no further than some of the posts on this board. Allen had a bad 1st half so that means he was the biggest reason the team lost. There are some who still blame him for the divisional round loss because of one play at the very end. The expectations on QB play around here have gotten so wildly out of touch with reality because we've grown used to the Bills losing to decent opponents whenever Allen doesn't play like his most elite self on every single drive. No other QB in the NFL has ever had that burden placed on them.

So because what Allen needs to do to drag this regime to a Super Bowl win is not a remotely realistic expectation, he will probably never win one and his legacy will take the hit instead of the deserved parties taking the blame. Or maybe he will go the Stafford route and win one elsewhere in his mid-30s.
