They may indeed be. But that’s not unusual if you sit in the front row of any stadium. It’s required by the Building Code. However….with regards to the renderings, keep in mind much depends on the height of the view angle established by the architect’s animation. Quote

Yes, I would. Especially since you can pick seats just a couple seats further from the aisle and avoid the issue altogether. Quote

Ultimately that is it. I am being asked to plunk down thousands of dollars in order to buy seats in this location for 30 years. To me, it is a big risk. When the stadium was first being put up, I really wanted front rows of the 400s, until I started seeing these virtual shots. It does seem that security/ushers will really need to watch those stairways and keep them clear, lest people's views will annoyingly be blocked often. The railing itself will likely be livable in most seats. *Our location was in the 300s anyways and we are in the back in the end zone, right where we are now. Quote
