947
He's going to sign a modest 3 year deal with Atlanta, with a bunch of incentives & an out after 2 years. They'll tell him he's their guy, then they'll draft a QB in the 1st round anyway. Russ will be replaced after their bye week.
Mr. WEO
If he goes to ATL or PIT, he wins more games than last year with The Guy Who Rolled The Ball Out To Drew Brees.....

The amount of money and assets traded for him was insane and he did absolutely nothing for denver. It wasn't the trade. It was the contract extension. That's what really crippled the Broncos. 40 minutes ago, Gunsgoodtime said: Largest dead cap hits in NFL history: Russell Wilson ($85M) Matt Ryan ($40.53M) Aaron Rodgers ($40.31M) Carson Wentz ($33.8M) Russell Wilson, again ($26M) Until Deshaun. Toyo321
Sean and Russ did not get along at all. It never would have worked between these two. They were worse than oil and water.

He is the sort to believe his own press clippings when they are good, it appears he is a D - bag / sh-tty teammate, Imo he is done as a viable QB, and will milk his former reputation as an actual football player for a few more years and then fade away,
Bills!Win!
Russel Wilson, Ben Roethlisberger, Aaron Rodgers.. all great QBs. Once they turned about 32-33 they just got weird…
stevestojan
That’s an insane amount of dead cap. He must be miserable to be around.

Hard to think of any more worse than these three. Although Bills pulled off some great ones including OJ Simpson and Tom Cousineau ultimately becoming Jim Kelly. 40 minutes ago, Don Otreply said: He is the sort to believe his own press clippings when they are good, it appears he is a D - bag / sh-tty teammate, Imo he is done as a viable QB, and will milk his former reputation as an actual football player for a few more years and then fade away, Possibly. I thought he played ok down the stretch. He is certainly better than at least 10 of the starting QBs that played last year. He will start somewhere. Pitts, Chicago, LV, New England, Atlanta, and New Orleans are all places he could walk in and start even if it meant the QB of the future sat for a year.

Pretty bad is a bit of an understatement the number of picks and cap hit they've taken from this whole thing probably put it as a contender for worst one of all time. Quote On March 16, 2022, the Seahawks traded Wilson and a fourth-round pick to the Broncos in exchange for two first-round picks, two second-round picks, a fifth-round pick, quarterback Drew Lock, defensive lineman Shelby Harris, and tight end Noah Fant. On September 1, 2022, Wilson signed a five-year, $245 million contract extension with the Broncos.
