Expensive trade up to grab pick #14. Just stayed and waited for the rest of the draft at remaining picks. Doubt #60 is there, but I'd love to start the draft out this way.

Moved back a couple times to load up on day two picks. A draft like this can really bolster rotational depth and injury resilience. Franklin, Frazier, Kneeland, and Bullard can all contribute right away. The rest offer solid depth and pipeline richness moving forward.

Jared Verse fell to 28 in this mock, which would be crazy.....  Then the BPAs in round 2 and 4a were both defensive players.  Kinchens is a player I have my eye on due to his connections to the Bills' coaching staff.  I'm not sure if heads would explode if we didn't get a WR in rounds one or two, but I do believe that Javon Baker would be a second rounder in most drafts.

I ALSO expect a HUGE year from Shakir this season.  Not enough to "replace" Diggs (I mean... c'mon...), but he will be a key factor.  Loved our FA WR pickups as well so I'm not "scared" if we didn't get a top 5 WR prospect in this draft.  I'd PREFER it, but if the draft fell like this one, I'd be pretty psyched.

I'd say our PASS RUSH is a GREATER need than WR right now.  Von Miller is washed up and can't be relied on.  We need a new body, and if Verse was there at 28, that's an absolute no brainer.  Sweat fell to 128 due to a boneheaded decision, and I'm happy if he's there in the 4th.  I added competition on the interior OL, and picked three safeties to compete.  Carlies I think would be SS bound, while Kinchens would compete with Rapp and/or come in for nickel/dime packages, depending on matchups.

EIchenberg is my MLB sleeper pick, from a good program.

I wouldn't mind that draft. I think we need another RB. Zinter a good get.

GREEDY MOCK

I only traded our extra 2nd 2025 rounder to make some moves.  Most trade ups involved packaging THIS year's picks.

In the end we walk away with SIX picks.

Found SPEIGHTS today.....  looks like a steal.  Check him out!

I’d be 100% all for this. Get 2 first rd Wars to hold it down for at least the next 5 years. Get a starting S and then your starting DT who will be a wrecker for the foreseeable future.

I also line Speights. Don’t know anything about Henderson.

Cost next year's First to move up for Odunze - Walker being there in the Fourth was a bonus.  Made a trade up from the Third to the Second to get Hicks but only using this year's picks.

Went for it just to see what it would take.....a lot to give up, but if he becomes a stud WR1, no one will remember what the cost was to get him:

Traded: 28, 60, 128, 2025 1st, 2025 2nd(BUF, not MIN)

Received: 8, 109

Anyone is worthy of such inquiry.

But speaking of Worthy, KC offered to move up to 31, and when I rejected and selected Worthy, KC then traded back out of 32. So that felt pretty great, within the confines of fake digital draft maneuvering.

Yes, it was just a joke, and I agree about inquiry.

I am Catholic, so I surmise we have different views on theology. Still think you're a very bright fella.

Worthy is not my favorite, but he's real value there, and indeed, any victory over those KC villains, even virtual, is Worthy of celebration.
