Which means he's doing something not only right but excellent/elite during the week to have these boys ready to go every week. I get it, we're SB caliber and losing close games, extremely frustrating but the criticism towards him is severely overblown. Allen doesn't have that power btw, sure he could sit out but he's here regardless of our HC. He can maybe make a suggestion, along with other guys but Been here for 50+ years... the Bills wins over his tenure have far more to do with the superstar QB and little to do with McD. Allen has carried Sean and the team on his back and won despite the terrible coaching and decisions by our vastly overrated HC. Take Josh away, and McD would be just another drought-era coach who caught lightning in a bottle in season 1 with the Bengals gifting him a playoff birth, which he of course choked away as typical of his tenure where he repeatedly makes egregious coaching mistakes under pressure. He hasn't learned a damn thing in 7 years, and only gotten worse. You go ahead and enjoy the regression we've had since 13 seconds where Mr. Unaccountable hid behind a gag order rather than be exposed for the fraud that he is... things are only going to get worse from here under his tenure. I think this team would have to endure a colossal melt-down in the locker room and on the field the final 5 games in order for any coaching change to be considered If Florio actually shot from the hip he would shoot off his third leg rather than anything he targeted.

McDipshit thought it prudent to replace a pedestrian Tyrod Taylor with (checks notes) Nathan Peterman. And also punted to the Colts in OT in a game that would’ve kept us out of the playoffs again. But go on… 1

Brand J
What happens if the Joe Brady offense continues to excel and franchises want to interview him (again) for head coach positions? Would Terry be forced to move on in that situation? Those who want McD back even if the Bills fail to make the playoffs, would you feel the same if it came down to McD or Joe Brady?

Not sure what is worse: heckling or sympathy I can add to that, I used the term heckled, that was a bad choice of words. Sympathy would be the correct word for my experience. I was getting some food, and the guy serving just kept looking at me saying, im sorry man, I'm sorry. I had no idea what he was talking about until he pulled up his sleeve and I saw the eagles logo. He was truly sympathetic and said I thought we were going to lose that game. I just politely told him, I figured we was going to lose by the 3rd quarter while we had the lead, he couldn't understand that lol

We are 12 weeks into the season and our QB, RB1, WR1, WR2, WR3 and ALL FIVE of our starting o lineman have not missed a SINGLE GAME. Do you realize how crazy that is? Not making the playoffs this year would be a complete failure and year 3 in a row of regression. To hear there is "zero" chance he gets fired, regardless of how the season ends, has to just suck the life out of you as a fan. All fair points. I think he still will point to his overall record in Buffalo, the defensive injuries, and the presumably-Dorsey-caused offensive struggles, and possibly - by no means 100% - survives.
