What the hell is going on with this guy? He must have an attitude and a comprehension issue. He’s got the talent to get on the field ahead of some of these career backups. What a miss by a GM who usually does his due diligence.

Yep, a rare total bust on beane's drafting resume. A first rounder who cant crack the starting line up in Year 2.

What is trading him going to do at this point? Best case scenario, in your mind what can they get for him?

If they can get a 5th for him, it’s better than paying him to stand on the sideline in street clothes.

He’s got to be a stubborn dude, because you know his representation, family is begging him to do what’s ever humanly possible to get out of Sean’s doghouse. It must be really problematic because the Bills should want to showcase a 1st rounder to improve trade value.

If there was anything worth showcasing, they wouldn’t be shopping him.

Yeah, barring injury, the Bills are done with Elam.

Is there a trade in the works which would keep him inactive?

I can’t imagine why anyone would want to trade for a player that can’t even get a jersey on game day. What would he possibly be worth?

We're gonna have to agree to disagree because it isn't.  He is one injury away from being on the active roster, and the 3 guys in front of him have been injured before

During the offseason perhaps that is a different discussion, but right now, the team should much rather want to pay him to be in street clothes than ship him off to another team
