Pete Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Blake Costanzo I was at a bar in Essex, CT and I met a great couple from New Jersey, and Jet fans. When they found out I was a Bills fan, they excitedly told me that the Bills had great special teams, and Blake Costanzo was a big part of ST success. They explained that they lived next store to Costanzo, and that their son and Blake had been best buddies their whole lives. Blake was always at the house hanging out, eating dinner. He said Blake was a like a son to him, and Blake was an awesome person. He said that their son was in Special Forces. So they say to me- what’s yours address, and I write it down and give it to them. A week or two later I get a package from New Jersey. The awesome couple sent me an autographed Bills hat by Blake. Very Classy move Jersey and Blake! 1 Quote

1962 Posted 14 hours ago Posted 14 hours ago Quote Preston Ridlehuber, a reserve running back, came into a close game against the Boston Patriots and threw a long halfback option pass for a touchdown. It was the difference in the game. I remember the name but googled it to be sure of my facts and found an interesting fact. He was the player for the Oakland Raiders who scooped up the onside kick to beat the Jets in the “Heidi” game Quote

Poleshifter Posted 10 hours ago Posted 10 hours ago In the playoff game, Don Shula’s final game, Thurman Thomas bowled over Fish DC Tom Olivadotti on the sidelines. How is that for symbolism? Same game where the Canadian Comet Tim Tindale scored a TD. Quote
