It was so bad I never bought another used car again. The only car that I didn't drive until it needed too many repairs to keep was the 1986 Mazda 323. I hated the car & traded it in after 2 years. It didn't help that it was stolen in 1987 & found by the police 2 days later when I was hoping I'd never see it again. One year (I live in Maine where one gets maybe 3-4 good months of convertible time each season) I tried to fire the MGB for the first time, and it was a no-go. So I popped open the "bonnet", and after watching some YouTube videos, I hot wired my own vehicle by using these alligator clips to circumvent the starter. Yup, the starter was bad. I can’t keep track of what they are driving. We get cars and drive them forever. We are both over 100k miles, and the wife wants to be sure we don’t have to replace two cars at the same time. She is trying to get me to trade in my Toyota Avalon, but it’s a great ride and there is nothing wrong with it. I don’t WANT a new car. I tell her she likes the new version of her Lexus, go trade in!
