The Commie DC/NYC (and Elsewhere) Judges And Jury Pools

Recommended Posts

Amendment VI

In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury..

Batting .000 and pissing on the Constitution in DC and other commie jurisdictions.

This is a lot to go through but if this is a proper representation of the jury pool then this was legitimately a show trial. My biggest issue is the last thing about how important he is now, this guy is acting like his actions were noble when at best they were his duty at a citizen, his job was determine if there was a reasonable doubt of his guilt and he seems to explain he filled in all of the holes with guilt

You'd think he would have the common sense to not admit in an interview that he disregarded basic jury instructions and just interpreted both evidence presented and made up evidence not presented collectively as evidence of guilt.

Might as well have ( @ChiGoose @BillStime @redtail hawk @Tiberius) × 3 as your jury in DC.

going to court is always a risk.

Going to trial in DC with the wrong ideology is a one way ticket to jail.

Going to trial in DC with the right ideology is a get out of jail free card.

"Going to trial in DC with the wrong ideology is a one way ticket to jail.

Going to trial in DC with the right ideology is a get out of jail free card"

if that's true then it's probably best to not end up in court in DC, for some people.

Lol.

Don't end up in the wrong text chain with protesters in DC or else....

Don't tell people in DC to peacefully and patriotically make their voices heard or else....

And you're right that you better not even think about exercising your constitutional rights in these commie areas if you are "guilty" of wrong think.

But Im not clear on if you actually think that's a good thing or you're pointing out that DC juries have no problem wiping their asses with the constitution?

i don't think it's good. but having dealt with court too many times in my life i know that it is a place of uncertain outcomes. every judge or jury has bias. going to court expecting a certain result is a recipe for disappointment.

Are you insinuating that the Democrats are not the party of personal responsibility? 🤔

Interesting subconscious confession…

Yes…it’s gotta be unpleasant for you to see that what you refer to as winning is actually a sad state of affairs for most of the country…

Here's a jury of your "peers" in DC....

Commies who assume evidence not presented, but which surely must exist, is more evidence of your guilt as an anti-communist.

But the leftist mob is much more efficient and effective at the game.  Plus their dogma provides them many more opportunities. Since they can pick one victim or another from a wide variety of oppressed groups.  Allowing them to constantly gripe and cry about one thing or another being done to somebody by white supremacists.

Na, this is him suing due to the newer facts coming out that showed malicious prosecution.

They know the mob doesn't need convictions to repeat the tag line.  they just move on to the next "current thing."

1. The documents case is actually the opposite of DOA. Any rational defendant would have already settled because there’s very little chance of acquittal.

2. Linear time is really triggering to you, huh?
