If that were true hunter would be in jail for his crimes and joe would for directing the secret service to cover up his crimes along with the financial fraud related to the business dealings

You are funny! 🤣

Wonder why he hasn’t been arrested? The crimes are in plain sight but nothing done. Far more serious than what Donald has done here.

Yup, right on the laptop, right?

If the case is bad it'd get thrown out, or the DA will lose, and if it's a waste of recourses they can not reelect him. When a DA does something you don't like you don't just jump to disbarment that's something for specific things.

If he was Donald Trump Real Estate Developer how could there be a case for him covering up a crime to get elected President?

The resemblance is uncanny

I mean he is know for doing exactly that for people with payments when it's legal, not surprising he'd do the same when it's not.

You’re dealing with NYS, so any assumption of a bad case getting thrown out goes out the window. DA’s in NY throw out weapons charges for actual criminals. Let’s not be naive here. This is political targeting at its finest. The POS said he’d go after Trump and he did. Not really any other way to look at it.

So you think Trump is innocent of the alleged crimes?

That's not why this is important, though.  Trump's defense will try to claim the payment wasn't related to the election.  This is proof otherwise.  The question is how does a federal election relate to a state law.

The answer is that the predicate offense doesn’t need to be a violation of New York law in order to escalate the charge to a felony.

No point in arguing with these morons. Everyone not infected with TDS, right and left, have called this out for the sham that it is.

Hunter Biden was never elected.   Throw him in Guantanamo for all anyone cares.   You have our permission to eat his liver with fava beans and a nice Chianti.

The DOJ should have taken this case, because they DO have a solid case that he paid the hush money to avoid the political fallout.  I don't even think anyone who's super MAGA would discredit that notion.  The problem with that is that politicians do this so often, and so much, that it would be obvious that Trump was the only one targeted.  Who loses in this scenario?  The voters.  This is proof that the "weaponization of the DOJ" is actually the DOJ working against the people who's interest it's supposed to be protecting.  I'll bet 90% of Americans are against NDA's, especially used in a way to protect candidates from information the people need to know to make an educated vote.  I get most of these cases are hard to prove, but they have evidence that they were going to attempt to dupe the client into holding off until after the election to avoid payment.  To me this is 'the smoking gun'.

I don’t understand why they think anyone on the left cares about Hunter Biden. Lock him up. Who cares?

So you believe the federal election law is the law that Bragg is alluding to that he wouldn't say it was tied to?  He has to put out specific findings within 15 days, so I guess we will know then.

It’s a complaint that could (and should) easily be dismissed. To say anything more about it is splitting hairs. Particularly in NYC -with all that implies.

So you believe the charges are without merit?
