The Walls be Closing

Another fun fact:

U.S. District Judge Tanya S. Chutkan, who is overseeing the Trump J6 trial being prosecuted by the Biden Justice Department, previously worked at a law firm that represented Fusion GPS, the company that helped orchestrate the Russia collusion hoax targeting former President Donald Trump.  The same law firm also represented Burisma.

This is not to suggest this person had any direct involvement with either situation.   But consider there are some 670 Federal District Court judges serving in 94 districts, how this particular attorney shows up, appointed to a particular district, assigned to a particular case out of 15 potential judges, trying a particular defendant, must be a mind-boggling coincidence.

But if you have any sense of curiosity, which automatically excludes leftist non-thinkers, you might wonder why all the same characters keep showing up at the scene of all the mischief?  One might generate some suspicion there might a connection is quite possible with the exception of the buffoons supporting the administration who prefer to remain oblivious to the obvious.

One can only imagine your problems with Judge Cannon.

This isn't a mystery. The alleged crimes occurred in DC, so the indictment needs to be filed there and would be assigned to one of the sitting justices. There are 12 justices in the DC district, so it's not a 1 in 670 chance to get a specific judge, it's 1 in 12. I believe justices in the DC district are assigned randomly.

If there truly was some conspiracy to rig the judge selection against Trump, Smith would not have filed in Florida and risked getting the dumbest judge in the federal courts.

The Georgia one is the big one with the strongest evidence. Can’t wait.

Mar A Lago documents case has the strongest evidence. Like, hilariously one sided and literally anyone else would have plead out.

Fulton County is #2 though. And can’t be pardoned by the President.

Georgia Grand Jury’s Report Is Garbage Because Fulton County D.A. Fed Them Garbage To ‘Get Trump’

BY: MARGOT CLEVELAND

FTA:

As this summary shows, the Grand Jury focused solely on questions of election fraud, which is understandable because it was D.A. Willis who fed the group the supposedly relevant facts and law. And as the other court documents establish, Willis falsely represented Trump’s call to Raffensperger, as well as inaccurately claiming Trump’s lawyer, Mitchell, was presenting claims of election fraud.

Thus, even if the Special Purpose Grand Jury impaneled from the heavily Democrat Fulton County acted impartially, it could only attempt, as it itself said in the report, “to understand the facts as presented and the laws as explained.”

Garbage in. Garbage out.

Ah. Nothing new on this witch hunt. just the usual voices dreaming of seeing the political opposition in jail.

Who can forget when the Dems first introduced the notion of seeing their political opposition in jail?

The J6 case presided over by judge Chutkan is assigned to the District of Columbia Federal court.  So no risk there of an impartial judge or jury.  The documents case is assigned to Florida because of the venue of the actions pertaining to the indictment.

Suggesting a conspiracy, as if the very word dismisses all reason and logic to question or be skeptical of how perfectly scripted events appear to stack the deck in the government's favor, does no justice nor gives proper credit to the planning and execution expertise and proficiency of the Democrats.  If I was planning to screw somebody over they'd be the first people I'd contact for advice.

Lol. I wish the Dems were half as crafty and capable as people here seem to believe.

They're running circles around the Republicans although they're starting to catch on to the game the "traditionalist" among them are slow thinkers.  Look at how they managed to minimize the damage in the 2022 mid-terms.  Absolute genius.  By all rights they should have lost the House by 25 to 30 seats.  But they focused on the races they expected to be most competitive and won most of them.

I always find it prudent to have a healthy respect for your competitors whether in sports, business, and I guess politics.  When you're all full of yourself that's the moment you get your ass handed to you.

That probably has more to do with the GOP fumbling the bag than grand strategy by the Dems.

There’s a large segment of the GOP that is very online and wrongly thinks the average voter is too. Non-Trumpy GOP candidates did fairly well in 2022 while Trumpy candidates underperformed.

I will say that the Wisconsin Dems are run very well and if Ben Wikkler was in charge of the national party, I might be more inclined to agree with you.

Senile mastermind, eh?

Looks like Georgia indictments coming today or tomorrow..

Trump will reach a new level of explosion.

In other news, Obama once wore a tan suit.

Ballot harvesting shenanigans and mysterious malfunctioning voting machines in dense gop districts say hi.
