Covid 19 vs Trump

Top HHS spokesman runs through conspiracies in video and claims without evidence CDC scientists are working to resist Trump

The top spokesman for the Department of Health and Human Services issued an extraordinary broadside on Sunday against career government scientists, accusing them of "sedition" in their response to coronavirus and claiming without evidence that a critical federal health agency has a "resistance unit" against President Donald Trump.

In the Sunday video, Caputo mentioned a series of conspiracy theories and predicted that Trump will win reelection but that his Democratic opponent, Joe Biden, will not concede, which Caputo claimed would lead to political violence.

"And when Donald Trump refuses to stand down at the inauguration, the shooting will begin," he said. "The drills that you've seen are nothing." He also added, "If you carry guns, buy ammunition, ladies and gentlemen, because it's going to be hard to get."

Caputo said he was under attack by the media, said his physical health was in question and that his "mental health has definitely failed.

During his broadside, Caputo took aim at the CDC, claiming without evidence that scientists "deep in the bowels of the CDC have given up science and become political animals."

The scientists "haven't gotten out of their sweatpants except for meetings at coffee shops" to plot "how they're going to attack Donald Trump next," Caputo said.

Caputo has a history of making inflammatory remarks on social media. CNN's KFile reported earlier this year that he made racist and derogatory comments about Chinese people, accused Democrats of wanting the coronavirus to kill millions of people and accused the media of intentionally creating panic around the pandemic to hurt Trump in a series of now-deleted tweets.

What's so funny @Q-baby! ?  Maybe you can explain why the Trump Virus is an appropriate moniker while the Chinese Virus is not.

How about because Covid Donnie has been responsible for spreading the coronavirus to more Americans than any other single individual person?  He's been holding indoor mass rallies without requiring masks and social distancing in areas with high community infection rates for the last six months despite telling Woodward back in February that he knew the coronavirus was not only dangerous but that it spread primarily through the air.

Wasn't Caputo the campaign manager for another racist, sexist right winger from NY, Carl Paladino?

On case you were unaware this is a worldwide pandemic.

Question. How many Americans has he been personally responsible for spreading it to?  I don’t need an exact amount.  Ballpark it for us.

More than one.  And that’s too many.  His rallies are an exercise in selfishness and narcissism.  Perhaps you could go to the next one sans mask and take a photo of the festivities for us.  To prove how safe it is, of course.

You should stay in your basement until the WHO says it’s safe to come out.
To be doubly safe, wrap your head in cellophane. Someone will come down and get you a feeding tube.
But don’t cut open the cellophane. You might breathe air which contains COVAIDS.

Totally true. Trump trying to kill the affordable care act and always being “two weeks away” from a new plan. Human trash, they hate the American people, that’s why we don’t have a better health care system

Are we playing pretend now? I'm not interested in stupid games. If you're going to disagree that they've been going after the healthcare, food, and public education of children for decades, why should we act like this is an adult conversation?

If you're going to say that Republicans have been going after healthcare, food and public education of children for decades then we ARE done here.   You also think all (or at least a vast majority) of cops are bad.  You think that Republicans are anti-child. So we have nothing more to discuss.  You're angry (even though you said you're not), you're irrational, emotional and you lack the ability to think critically.   Not the type of person I care to engage with.  Good luck with your crusade.
