Mat68 Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 So when you borrow a stadium you get to borrow their color scheme too?
MrEpsYtown Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 Keeping the powder blue going is a good call 4 1
Mister Defense Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 Wait...what's the difference? Color only? I don't think I would have noticed if not told. 5 1
Mango Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 Just now, Mister Defense said: Wait...what's the difference? Color only? I don't think I would have noticed if not told. Dude, I was thinking the same thing! Italics and lightning bolts in the font.
GunnerBill Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 It is better than the Rams which when I first saw it I thought was the Chargers.... a big LA inside a yellow C.

I hope the Chargers aren't calling it in new logo, that would be embarrassing. Logo shmogo, who cares? I always liked the plain old Buffalo best: But at least when they changed it, the Bills really did so. 2

It does make it much easier for the stadium to only have to worry about one color scheme rather then 2 to suit whos playing that week. Both teams did use that color schemes for their team in the past so its not like the Jets switching to a Giants Blue....
LeGOATski Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 They should be powder blue full time. This makes sense. 2 1
Doc Brown Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 If it aint broke and you want to make some money....minor tweaks. 1
msw2112 Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 I didn't notice much, if any, change either. Maybe a bit of a lightning bolt coming out of the bottom of the "A" in Los "A" ngeles. I have no issue with the changes (if you want to call them that), but I really don't see anything to promote.
Doc Brown Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 Here's the old vs. new. At least they're not the Rams. 1 1
Alphadawg7 Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 Chargers 1, Rams 0 in the branding department. Amazing how bad the Rams design choice. I mean every single person I know, even the most loyal Rams fans, utterly despise and hate it. Chargers are smart with these subtle changes. They always had an uphill battle here being they have always been a Raider rival and there are so many dumb Raider fans in LA. But appealing to a color scheme that more mirrors UCLA will help as UCLA fans love those colors. 2

JOE IN HAMPTON ROADS Posted March 25, 2020 Posted March 25, 2020 so they went with "color rush" for every game?
