First, they should inform residents of their rights under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration. The OSHA website explains, “The General Duty Clause, Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) Act of 1970, 29 USC 654(a)(1), which requires employers to furnish to each worker ‘employment and a place of employment, which are free from recognized hazards that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm.’” If they believe their workplace is unsafe, they can file complaints with OSHA field offices. A virus can infect in a workplace even if all best practices are followed. There is no way to 100% guarantee against infection. At work, or anywhere. I think given his status as a former police officer and secret service agent, Bongino is less on the "you should feel guilty" bandwagon and more on the "go f yourself" side of things. As far as I know every state is in debt, and the country is in massive debt. There's really no way this doesn't end poorly for all of them, whether it be financially or by loss of life. We went on a road trip right when the ***** was hitting the fan and still got to visit 4 parks run by the BLM and FS, but the one's on Native American reservations were closed.
