Expand Every time I watch the XFL it seems like an NFL game run at two-thirds speed. Fast enough for the XFL, likely not for the NFL...

Cam Phillips ran a 4.84 40-yard dash, lol I think they're hoping to get more talent straight from the college ranks as time goes on. Maybe not the best talent, but legit young talent. We'll see.

Not a huge gap that implies he’s a tortoise, just that he’s likely not quick enough

Expand I'm just glad that JP Losman isn't in the XFL lighting things up like he did when he led Las Vegas to the UFL championship. The calls to bring him back would crash the site.
