Draftnetwork

  • 22 Mekhi Becton, OT Louisville - BPA plus it allows us to maybe kick Ford inside and put Dawkins at RT.
  •   54 Curtis Weaver, EDGE  Boise State - Pass rusher is a need, was successful at Boise

  • 86 Thaddeus Moss, TE LSU - Not a vertical threat but takes Lee Smith off the field and is a big target in the short and intermediate game.

  • 118 Tyler Johnson, WR Minnesota - Big bodied WR in a deep draft, has all the tools just needs to put it all together

  • 137 Justin Strnad, LB Wake Forest - Athletic versatile LB who can play coverage and sideline to sideline in the run game. Makes the cover 2 scheme more dangerous

  • 149 Marlon Davidson, EDGE Auburn - Says "Edge" but projects to a DT in a 4-3 front. At 6'3 297 he will help in the run game and push the pocket inside

  • 168 Lavert Hill, CB Michigan - Former 5 star corner, bit smaller but hes a good zone corner.

  • 181 Tommy Kraemer, IOL Notre Dame - Solid interior OL adds depth in case Spain leaves.

  • 187Antonio Gibson, RB Memphis - Tweener, RB/WR more of a gadget player with decent size. Easily the best player on the field for Memphis this past season

Well done sir.

Love it, finally someone drafted Willikes besides me. From film I've watched on him, he reminds me of T J Watt. I've seen him ranked in the low 100s most recently at 102. So he definitely needs to be had in the 3rd. Also love Gaither in 4th he's a swiss army knife and McDermott would put him at that big nickel spot he likes sp much.

This one's from fanspeak using CBS BB, posted today. I did BPA that fit team needs. I realize Wills is a pipe dream, I just let the board dictate my picks.

This seems very unlikely, but I would do a lot of illegal things to make this happen.

I like Mims in the 2nd.  I think he's a great match for JA.

this is why I can't use Fanspeak anymore.  This is totally awesome, but no way Higgins lasts that long!

There's a big thread of these in the college football room btw.

It's time to bring the draft discussions back to the main board now that the season is over.

The board fell completely different all the top WRs were gone I was hoping for Reagor or someone in Rnd 2 instead had to wait until 3rd this time.

Kind of my point there. I'd rather not risk that, rather take the more-known quantities than a second- or even third-tier guy.

Good Luck with it you have to hope the board falls your way  .

Its harder than you think.

Using draft network simulator and predictive board. Can't wait till the combine is over so these BBs get set in stone a little better. What's nice about draft network is you can read the write up on players before drafting them. And of course I recommend using YouTube to watch game film, not highlights and come top your own conclusions. Like when i watched film of weaver from boise is that he's mostly lazy if the play isn't coming towards him, he doesn't chase like he should to get back in the play. Looks a little flabby in the midsection, just don't see the work ethic needed to be on this defense.

22. A.J. Epenesa, EDGE

54 Jalen Reagor, WR

86 Kenny Willekes, EDGE

118 Adam Trautman, TE

137 Michael Pittman Jr., WR

149 Ezra Cleveland, OT

168 Justin Strnad, LB

181 A.J. Dillon, RB

187 Lamar Jackson, CB

You'll have a hard time convincing me that a Rd3 WR is the answer. We need playmakers. We don't need linemen, captial or not.

Shouldn't be drafting for need regardless. Draft for superstars at premium positions and take care of needs in FA.

Here's one where I targeted WR in the 1st Round, something I personally wouldn't do...but I do love me some Jefferson (2/11/20):

22. Justin Jefferson - WR, LSU

54. Jonathan Taylor - RB, Wisconsin

86.Thaddeus Moss - TE, LSU

118. Bryan Edwards - WR, South Carolina

137. Davon Hamilton - IDL, Ohio State

149. Shaquille Quarterman - LB, Miami

168. Reggie Floyd - S, Virginia Tech

181. Michael Divinity Jr. - EDGE, LSU

187. Levonta Taylor - CB, Florida State

That's where I agree, but since I won't pay for thedraftnetwork, unfortunately I took BPA/Value with Weaver for mine. I do them daily just to see how the board falls now.
